Very poor customer service. I went during off-peak hours, when there were only a couple of people in the store. There was just one customer ahead of me in line chatting with the person behind the cashier. She kept chatting with him even though he’d already made his order and she could clearly see me in line. She completely ignored me, and kept talking with him even after his order was ready and he’d gotten it. There were other workers in the store, but no one bothered to use the other register to take my order. This was my first and last time at this location.
I lost my breif case here and they kept it for 3 weeks. My heroes!Nice coffee too.
Been a daily regular here for years and this place has plummeted in the past few months. There’s been a lot of turnover and great people have left, and the new people are either poorly trained or just don’t give a crap. I order the same thing every morning, pick it up inside. Today, like many mornings, there were a ton of people waiting and the new people just put the drink on the counter and don’t even call out a name. So you’ve got at least 20 cups (that all look the same!!) sitting there and customers going up and having to touch them all looking for their drinks! Really frustrating to stand there for 20 minutes while my drink just sat there for probably 10. Sorry - I didn’t want to be rude and handle each cup. Sadly, I will have to find a new location. Jason and Katie are incredible, but they’ll be gone too very soon - just poor management.
This one is so close our home, we are going almost 2/3 times a week. Just drive thu is slow but we can understand.

The staff is always friendly and they make sure my Coffee is fresh and correctly made everytime I get a coffee ☕ Starbucks is always my go too.
This place is great, used to come here all the time to sit and draw. However recently it's just.. so filled with flies.. Like had flies dive into my drinks as they were being made, flies all over my food, crawling up my legs. its just so weird

The three stars are for the morning crew they are super sweet!!!The negative two are for the people here around 5pm on any day. Horrible attitudes. Especially the lady with the glasses and black support on her right arm. Everytime I've dealt with her she is just nasty to me. DON'T ORDER PUPPACINOS OR EXTRA FRUIT in a mango dragon fruit. Or it will be served with a side of tude.
