So we came in to order and it was nobody there so we to wait for a few mins, and there the lady showed up, and my husband and I ordered 2 cappuccinos and 2 cake pops and a caramel Frappuccino for my son, and the lady forgot the Frappuccino, so I asked her and she said she didn’t hear me so she will make it, and we had to wait and took orders from another two customers that came after us. So we just left terrible customer service I will never come to this place again!

The customer service here is so great. The employees are so friendly and kind and I always feel happy when I leave. I have never once had a bad experience here and even when there are mistakes the employees are so understanding and always fix it immediately. Y’all are doing such a good job! :)

To be honest, I am not a fan of Starbucks. My wife and daughter love the place though so we go there often. I do love their new nitro infused coffee and that will help to make me a bigger fan.
