Overall a nice starbucks location. Not overly crowded/busy, drinks are made well, people are nice. The pace is a bit slow but not a huge deal since the drinks are nicely crafted. One bonus is the guy who works drive thru on the weekends. His outlook on life is very positive and he's in a genuinely good mood. I don't recall his name, but the outlook he has on life shines through at the drive thru window.
Went through drive through and was greeted by Jayson. Super nice and polite.

My $3.00 cup of coffee spilled all over me and my car because of the faulty lid I was handed at the drive thru. This location is pretty hit or miss with quality and I should have checked the lid before leaving. I am fortunate to drink black coffee so the mess isn't as bad as it could be.
Jason alone is the reason we choose this particular Starbucks. He has the absolute best attitude and always goes above and beyond!
No longer coming to this location. They never seem to have it together and their products are always subpar. I come here for lunch. Today I walked in and they informed me after I already ordered online they were out of the product. I got a gift card and left. Decided to come back for an actual refund and they informed me they did infact have the product it was just in the wrong place. Well I dont have time for lunch now. This location is sad. Do better, pleaseNormally it wouldn't be a problem but when you're on lunch and you need food you need somebody who's going to be reliable every single time and there are other companies that are more reliable than this
The two stars is for the service because she was nice and professional however never have I paid $6 for a drink and didn't get a full cup no I was not going to sit there and while they make another drink I don't pass drinks back through a drive-through because of the nasty things that people do when you complain about their drinks however I would have appreciated a full cup like I'm normally used to getting because that's what I paid for but yeah I won't be going back there anytime soon
Fooling is what they do here. We asked for Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel and whip cream… all we got was usual macchiato no caramel. I worked at Starbucks as barista myself and I can make out the taste. Management people take care of the staff before they mess up the menu and start getting complaints.
Nitro cold brew is unmatched and staff is always friendly
Jayson was our barista and he a ray of sunshine. Made my day 10x better. Not usually in this area but will definitely come back for the happy environment!
