Great food and very friendly very helpful
A delightful and technological experience. The host is a small and friendly robot that helps you to find your table. After that, with a tablet, you select your ingredients: two broths, the protein and vegetables that you want. I chose Cajun and tomato as broth, goat, Angus, chicken, fish, shrimp as protein, and a variety of vegetables and rice to mix. You can order it, as many times as you want. There are many tables in this place, each with an electrical resistance where they place the cauldron with the two broths in which you heat your food. They give you the time to heat, 2 to 5 minutes depending on the ingredient. The food is tasty. The service is super. It is hard to describe, delicious to try. I recommend that you visit this place again and again.

Great Hot Pot experience?! I took my little broke best friend aka son lol out for lunch. We truly enjoyed it. The vibe was cool and friendly. I like how you can order whatever you want directly from the iPad and it goes straight to the kitchen than right to your table in minutes. That chicken broth was so flavorful amazing. My son had the really spicy one and he loved it. Once you put your meat and vegetables in that steaming broth?, let’s just just say your stomach will thank you lol. They have really good options to choose from as well. I would definitely recommend! It’s a little pricey but I think it’s worth it.
Absolutely amazing place for lovers of traditional Chinese cousin. I like it. It was delicious, authentic and portions were great. You can eat all that you want and the price will be fixed.
My daughter and grandson took me here for the first time. The atmosphere is really nice. It was wonderful to watch the pot cook what I chose - original bone broth, kirean sweet potapo noodles, napa cabbage, corn on the cob, potato, shrimp, lamb, ribeye roll, and angus beef. I used the sweet cantonese sauce with cilantro. Amazing eating experience and delicious food!!

Love having hotpot here! Great price as it’s “all you can eat” (like buffet). So many choices to choose-veggies, meats, noodles, etc. Whatever you wanna eat, you can order and put in the pot to boil it — it will be ready to eat in a few secs!! ☺️
Tik tok brought us here and it was so worth it! For a group of 4, the wait was an hour so, prepare yourself for a wait or, leave earlier than you planned. Thankfully, H-Mart is right around the corner and we passed the time there. It was all of our first time trying hot pot and we ordered the original broth & the mild spicy beef tallow broth. Even though it is labeled mild, prepare yourself for some serious spice!! Don’t expect it to be black pepper type spicy so if you’re not used to hot food, maybe stick with the non-spicy options. We got plenty of meat, veggies, noodles, and dumplings. And though it was very busy, our servers remained attentive & brought our food out very quickly; they even took the time to explain how hot pot and ordering worked when we were first seated. Overall, everyone enjoyed the experience and I would definitely recommend So Hot for your next hot pot night!
Absolutely delicious! First time trying hot pot? So Hot is a great place to go! It's a great experience and we'll definitely make the drive to go again! The staff was super helpful and kind too for first timers!
