The smoothie was perfect. Lots of flavor and not watered down with ice like some other smoothie places. Plus an added bonus: a knowledgeable staff that knows their menu. The person who helped me asked questions and guided me to a smoothie that I was extremely satisfied with. I will definitely be returning here when I'm in the area again.

God awful service. Saturday 9/18 @ noon short skinny white Girl bad attitude no customer service had no idea who I was what I ordered asked for my confirmation number and my phone 3 times then called a manager out who looked at my phone for the order # then walked over and it was sitting on the counter the entire time!!! 15 minutes to get a simple to go order that was waiting on the counter. Unsat!!!!
Good snoothies
This is the second time in the past 2 months that I have been to this location. The sign says open but no one is handling the drive through and you can not go inside. I tried to call the location but no one answered. By looking at the previous horrible complaints why has this not been resolved? The BETTTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME.

Great staff...quick & helpful
I made an online order yesterday and when the smoothie I had ordered was not what I expected, I was treated very poorly by the staff. The smoothie I ordered was advertised as a strawberry flavored smoothie, and is pictured as pink on the website. I have gotten it in the past and it has always been pink. This time it was white and did not have any strawberry flavor, and actually tasted like vanilla. I wasn’t aware that I would need to add extra ingredients to give it more flav
This is the only SK where I have to specifically ask for a thick smoothie - which they still can never properly make. In all other SKs I've been to the smoothie can literally be flipped upside down like a DQ blizzard. Maybe the standard is different here but the inconsistency is frustrating. I live 5 mins away and my smoothies are completely juice by the time I get home. Contrary to what the staff says ice does not thicken the smoothie because it melts and then creates a watery mess.
