The building is really nice and the food was good! I got the burger with bacon and it was smaller than expected but tasted really good. I also got the fries with cheese sauce and those were delicious. However, I did not like the Oreo funnel cake milkshake very much. Too salty for me.
The location was stellar. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the bathrooms are the best I've ever ever seen in a burger joint just saying go look just to see what I'm talking about you're going to say wow! The food was okay. I think the taste could have been better but it was still good food. One of the ladies who was cleaning tables I think her name was Annie was absolutely adorable and so sweet to us! Also for the location and area I think the price was on point but personally I wish it was a little lower especially the taste of the food I think it should match. But if you're looking a place to hang out or to have a meeting it's an amazing place the balcony looks out over the water fountain and community area of the shopping center that has a play gym Etc.
Shake Shack has always been a personal favorite of mine, and this location does not disappoint!! The staff is always friendly and respectful, and they work fast despite a line which is often dauntingly long. On this particular visit, I ordered the new Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (which may or may not be offered for a limited time only) and it was delectable. It wasn’t too spicy fits well within the usual Shake Shack menu. If it’s your first time, definitely try the Shackburger which remains the best burger I’ve ever had.
Cheap, good tasting "smashburgers" that do not really stand out from competitors. The crinkle fries are a nice touch, but shoestring and waffle varieties are nowhere to be found which I feel hurts the menu selection a bit. The outside view from the patio is quite nice and calming. The staff at this location is also fantastic, it's mainly the menu selection and limitations that keep this place from a higher rating in my opinion.
My family went to this location right after church. Best burger I’ve had, probably ever. I got the bacon cheeseburger (double) with lettuce, onion, tomato and shack sauce. So good and fresh! Burger wasn’t over cooked. Crinkle fries were pretty good. Chicken bites were good too. I sampled baby boy’s lol… chocolate shake was great. Everyone in the family enjoyed everything we ordered. Daughter got the cookies n cream shake and said it was really good. A lady that worked there (didn’t get her name) greeted us and offered a high chair for the little one, made us feel welcome. It wasn’t too busy at the time. Food came out very quickly and it was just so good. We will definitely be returning!
The place is really neat! The cheeseburger and fries tasted great! The food was a little pricey but we enjoyed it!
I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed this location because we’ve picked up food twice and loved it. Today was our first dine in experience, so let’s get this on the books! We got there around 12:30 and got in the cattle line. Don’t be discouraged, it moves really fast. We ordered a lot of food, some to eat there and some to take home. We figure if we travel out of our way to get food, we also need some for the freezer. Plan ahead, that’s our motto! Shack Burgers come with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and their Shack Sauce. Hubs got the double and I got the single. We both got crinkle fries and I wanted to try the 6 piece chicken bites with house made Ranch. Now the details…. The burgers are similar to FiveGuys but Shake Shack’s have more flavor. The bun is buttered, grilled and still soft. I prefer iceberg to leaf lettuce but I still get it “as is” because the lettuce and tomato is a nice compliment to the rich juicy burger. The chicken bites were chunks of white meat chicken - not pressed or formed. The breading was almost like a beer batter with fantastic seasoning. They have hit the salty bliss point for me! I would definitely order them again and again. They were so good, I didn’t use the ranch, but don’t worry, I used it on my fries. Ahhh the fries… these are extra crinkly which means more crunch per crinkle. Seriously, look at the picture, these aren’t crinkle fries, they are CRINKLE fries. The ranch dressing was really thick with a nice sour cream flavor. Our to go order consisted of four Double Shacks and since they were going into our freezer, we got them without lettuce or tomato and we asked for the sauce on the side. Perfect! The staff is friendly, efficient and wearing masks. The bathrooms were very clean and the health rating is 100! So load up your cooler, ice packs and make the drive. They have a lot of seating inside and a beautiful patio area.
Great place! The area around it is very beautiful and the burger was delicious. The shakes are very creamy and taste good as well. Definitely a 10/10 would eat at again! :)
I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful is this place. This restaurant is located in a beautiful trade center, lots of fountains and a playground. Food was very delicious, I have really enjoyed my burger and fries. My husband likes their shakes. They have big seating area outside and a ping pong table. The service was fast and polite. Such a good place for lunch with 3 kids.
We had never had Shake Shack before this experience. We recently went to California and were so disappointed with In-N-Out that we wanted to put Shake Shack to the test. It's a little pricey for the area (I'm sure they're the New England prices) but the food was delicious. So flavorful, well seasoned, well cooked. Way better than In-N-Out for us. We'll definitely be back.
