First visit! Friendly staff and food was great! will be back
The AC has been out the past two days I've been here.. definitely not on the employees, they're amazing. The owners need to step up and do better.
3.25 out of 5 (Good, but not great)The Bad:1.There was a hair on the pizza. It was small, but it didn't come from either of the 2 of us sitting at the table. That was gross but I extracted the hair from the pizza and will just not eat that piece.2. When we reviewed our bill, the pricing was incorrect. This was only on the drinks. The happy hour special was not given to 2 of our drinks. There was another drink ordered that was regular price and that one also rang up on our bill higher than the price stated on the menu. The waitress apologized and swiftly corrected the issue.3. We came at like, 2pm on a weekday and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Because of the low volume, the staff were walking around talking to each other and 2 of them were eating in the dining room in-between rolling Silverware. It was a little annoying to be around them while they are hanging out and congregating around the area we are eating.4. The pizza had hardly any cheese and the toppings were scare. It overall lacked flavor. The amount of cheese needs to visible.5. The hostess is wearing shorts so high cut you can pretty much see her @ss. This isn't hooters nor is it the beach. She also looked super young and it just....inappropriate.Good:Pizza was good! Back in college I used to hang out at the Ruckus on Western all the time so I'm familiar with their pizza. But this time, I ordered a whole pie and the crust was better than I remember. Very chewy NYC style.
Don’t go here. I had to wait over an hour just for my order to be wrong! I ordered a cheese pizza and they gave me a pizza with no cheese at all then claimed I had said no mozzarella on the website which I did not. Also they left the lettuce and mushrooms off my cheesesteak. I even called the store to confirm my order was correct and they still messed it up. The manager had an attitude and refused to give me a refund. Won’t be back. I used to love this place. Do yourself a favor and eat at another pizza establishment!
Absolutely Delicious. The fries were by far the best I've ever had. The outdoor seating was very comfortable and the pizza slices are huge. Great service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Ordered takeout and when I arrived the staff was attentive and friendly, especially the host, she was so sweet! Food was hot, fresh and delicious. We order from multiple locations but wanted to share the love for this store, you're doing great yall!
My son and I were looking for a good pizza joint. We found our new favorite! You MUST try for yourself! Friendly professional staff and amazing food!
Super great place. The food and service is very good! Waitress was super nice and I think the manager is even way better! Literally the nicest woman i’ve met in awhile. Highly recommend!!
Terrible service! Took half an hour to take our order. (Not a busy night) Then we were given the wrong menu. When we finally ordered the food they brought us cold pizza, cold wings and cold fries. Told the waitress the food was cold she reheated the same pizza which was then burnt to a crisp. Exactly why I hate eating out. I mostly blame our waitress because she wasn’t busy and was in her own little the whole time. It’s safe to say that I won’t be eating here again!
I love this place but this was the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. I went for outdoor lunch on a beautiful day with my 5 and 2 year old boys. It started off with no greeting when I walked in; I just asked them for a table for 3. We then had the pleasure of waiting 30 minutes and no one came to our table to even say hi. A table that was shaky and on quite a steep angle. I finally went and tracked down a waitress who took our order. It ended 2 hours later with items we were up charged for but hadn’t asked for (but did receive). I was hoping by receiving those items they were complimentary for the wait, but alas, no. No manager was ever seen to make any complaints to nor did they offer any apologies. While this has been our go to spot for the past 7 years since we moved to the area, I believe we will be searching for a new spot. I know this is a tough time for the restaurant industry, but this was extremely disappointing.
