The pizza at this restaurant is great! It has a light crispy crust and flavorful pepperoni. The employees are very nice! This was our first visit. We will go back!
Never felt a business did not want someone’s money, Walked in to order a Togo order. Was rushed in the door by a rude girl, even when other people were in front of us and there was no room to move in more. Went to counter to place order and girl at counter decided to answer phone instead of taking our order, So rude girl told us to come back to hostess station to order, So we started placing our order and went to order a personal pizza for one of our dishes, apparently they not making them cause they are short staffed. Maybe update online menu to reflect what is being sold, so customers know what they can order before arriving. I can understand not doing some foods, but it’s is just a smaller pizza. No?. Anyhow definitely will give our monies to other local businesses in the future. Rudenesses is not becoming of a business in this day and age. Mind you we arrived upon opening. Seams to me they just want larger items to profit more. Too bad the place used to be outstanding service n the past.
THIS is good pizza, 5 stars. I’ve been disappointed with the pizza shops here in Cary, but I’m happy to have found this one. Dough has enough structure to hold shape when you fold in half. The slightly charred flavor from the oven is excellent. And the sauce has some sweetness with the aromatics of basil. I hope our 2nd visit is the same experience.
If you are looking for the best Italian Restaurant in Wake County, look no further than Ricci's in West Cary. Attentive friendly staff, comfortable ambiance, and the best Italian food in NC. I have had every item on the menu over the past three years, and have always had a superlative dining experience.Keep up the stellar work everyone at Ricci's!!
The food is amazing! The people are wonderful! The ONLY non-positive comment is that you need to not have the TVs except in the bar area, and create an "authentic Italian" environment in the dining area. It's either a sports bar or an Italian restaurant; pick one, please. I suggest the restaurant because the food and the service you are providing are fantastic!
Absolutely awesome experience. Went out with my parents and brother this Friday. Everything was delicious. The servers were sweet and attentive. Met Ricci too - who is great! Definitely look forward to going back. The Melanzana Rollatini was outstanding!
Everything we have tried at Ricci’s has been great! While we usually order the fettuccini Alfredo and the eggplant rollatini, we’ve sampled many other entrees and apps and have always loved them. The restaurant is family owned and operated, and they along with the rest of their staff offer great service. In my opinion, Ricci’s is one of, if not the best, Italian restaurants in the entire triangle area!
Just moved here from New York and this is the best pizza I’ve had here so far! The staff are very friendly and im never disappointed by the quality. A regular for sure!
This is our new favorite place! Fantastic service and the sauce is fantastic! We especially like the Eggplant Rollatini, Meatballls, Eggplant Parm and calzones. Love eating at the bar where we always feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely try it out!
You serve food during a pandemic and literally none of your staff wears a mask, yet you complain on your front door about how staff shortages are real?! Maybe worry about the health and safety of your staff and the people that pay your bills, the consumer, by taking some safety measures in your establishment. Oh and you forgot an ingredient and added it to my pizza after it was baked, good catch.
