their wings are the best ever

I visited the Remington Grill location at Crossroads Blvd. Cary N.C. on 6/16 at 7:15 pm. The restaurant was approximately 30% capacity, and I had a very short wait to order. I waited 25 minutes for my 1/2 pound fix-your-own hamburger, fries, and a side of slaw. When I opened the styrofoam meal tray I discovered I had been served less than half of the amount of fries I normally get, with most of them little piece of fries. I took the meal back to the counter and told the woman at the register my assessment. She stated they had a new guy in the kitchen. She took my tray to a tall heavy set guy at the grill, who sprinkled a few more fries into the container. The woman then handed me the meal back without saying anything.I went to the station to fix my hamburger and found the two meat patties were not fully on top of each other [they looked like they had been thrown into the tray].I will not visit this location of Remington Grill again. I also plan to attempt to contact the manager to inform him how his staff performed.

I normally enjoy Remington Grill, but not so much this timeThe place was clean and I was pleased to be able to eat from the kid's menu because I've had stomach surgery and the condiment bar was back in service, but two things dampened my enthusiasm. First off it was obvious my fries were the dregs of the last batch. They were the tiny pieces, overdone and cold. I might have gone to exchange them but I'm was full from my cheeseburger which was dry and mostly bun. It wouldn't be worth the money except it was free with my husband's meal. So basically the 3 star rating is based on past performance. Maybe they just had a bad day. The stench in the women's bathroom was so foul and hit me so quickly, I immediately gagged and had to work to keep myself from losing my lunch. I have never noticed this problem before. My husband had a turkey burger which he enjoyed and had no complaints about the men's room.

The section of Crossroads Plaza near the Meeting Street entrance has been home to many eateries. Most have come and gone. But not Remington Grill. That alone should say something positive about the place. But their menu says it all. I was in the area the other day and decided to go there. It was about an hour after the lunch rush, so I practically had the place to myself. When I placed my order with the friendly order taker lady, she reminded me that my order (Greenhorn Burger, bare, no toppings) came with a side. She proceeded to recite the list to me without my having to ask. Of course there were fries. How boring. Any joint offers fries. But when she got to corn-on-the-cob, I literally lit up and made that my choice! Finally, I ordered a fountain drink (and a senior discount), and the order taker lady handed me a cup. Shortly after, as I moseyed over to the soda fountain I began to grow apprehensive because I hadn’t bothered to ask whether they offer Original Coke or “Classic” Coke. To my delight, my drink turned out to be Original. Burgers are prepared to order, so there was a bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind. I was eyeing the free toppings bar. After receiving my order, I proceeded directly there, making my burger taller by adding lettuce, tomato, (raw) onions and pico de gallo. I am one who shuns “condiments” such as ketchup, mustard, mayo and the like. These serve only to smother the delicious taste of the beef. Now I was ready to sit down and enjoy it. In a word, my custom crafted burger was delicious. By the way, a quarter pound burger is enough for any mortal. Who orders the half-pounder? The corn-on-the-cob came wrapped in a sheet of aluminum foil to keep the heat in. When I opened it, I found that it was already buttered! I absolutely love chomping on corn-on-the cob. For those who don’t care for this side, Remington Grill offers many others. And fries. The full menu may be found on their website. Remington Grill shares a brick building with Jason’s Deli near the intersection of Caitboo Avenue and Crossroads Boulevard. I am already looking forward to my next burger and corn-on-the-cob.

Remington Grill is a favorite lunch spot of mine to meet friends. The specials are reasonably priced and the food consistently good. I've never had a bad experience there.

Old west theme is interesting to me. Didn’t grow up with that filter so it is a good change of scenery. Burgers are fly, prairie dogs are my all time best food forever choice every time I’m slidin in their door. Slaw chili and roasted on the grill. No boiled lshrunken wieners here ladies! These are the real meat dogs!

Had never been to Remington Grill before and we decided to try it. I got the BBQ plate with brisket and grilled chicken. It came with sweet potato fries and a nice sized side salad. I had lunch for the next day. Food was good and we will definitely go back.

Just left. Ordered a cowboy, with turkey patty. Was given beef instead. Informed cashier, and man behind counter. Both said it was turkey, without looking at burger. I don't eat ground beef, so I know how it looks and taste.Sorry, sorry, sorry

we just left I requested ? patty got beef instead was told it was ? not

Was going to eat at Jason's Deli but got lured in by the grilled meat smells coming from here. Had a kick butt beef brisket sandwich, onion rings and BBQ baked beans. Absolutely delicious... Will be back.
