My nephew took me there for my birthday. It was my 1st time. It was great. The vibes the waitress everybody was friendly. The mozzarella sticks were delicious and hot and fresh.. I ordered the black and bleu burger with cheese and mushrooms but i ate it before I could post it. It was definitely a great choice. Highly recommend this place in White Oak.
We were headed to the Carolina Ale House nearby, so glad my daughter suggested Red Robin instead. Bryce our server was the best I've had anywhere in the last 2 years. Attentive but not obnoxious. Helpful. Food was awesome. Adding bacon to a burger, pickles on the side, water too, sour cream to another burger, and sour cream for a French fry dip was no problem. And, we got it all just liked we ordered.
There did not seem to be a wait staff, because the few workers I saw were doing ALL the jobs. It was amazing. For a while we thought there was only one person on duty, but maybe there was more. The FIVE STARS go to that young woman for keeping the restaurant open. The food was good, too.
I had a mixed experience at dinner here tonight. My wife and I were told it would be a 50-minute wait for a table, but fortunately it ended up being only 10 minutes. But then we had to wait another 30 minutes for our food. The food was pretty tasty when it finally came, and our server did a good job of keeping both our drinks and fries refilled. They're clearly having staffing issues here, so maybe I'll give the place another try in the future when the world's weirdness has (hopefully) settled down a little.
Ordered 3 burgers for delivery. Bacon cheeseburger was overcooked and only had like 3 onion rings (which was an up charge) Southern Charm burger was inedibly sweet, and she loves sweet things. And the Mad Love burger had a long hair in it which definitively did not belong to the consumer. Nasty and overpriced, very disappointed.
love this place. sadly a bit understaffed on waiters but those who are there are awesome !I always come back for the bottomless sweet potato fries and their burgers are always good.parking is available right outside.weekends may require a wait due to the situation.the kitchen moves fast though, so you may be lucky with take away / delivery
excellent place, family atmosphere, my 4 stars is for waiting 25 minutes for a table, when it seemed empty when we sat down, excellent flavors
Our food was good! The southern charm burger was delicious and worth it. The sweet potato fries were okay. Our waiter seemed very rushed and in a hurry, which wasn’t the greatest. We did have to ask for drink refills and fry refills. They have a rewards program and birthday rewards, which is awesome!
We took our grand children there, there were 6 hosts and hostesses.We were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. We agreed to wait, about 10 minutes into our wait and watching 3 other groups come and go becuase of wait time we decided to go into bar area for non alcoholic drinks while we waited. 2 bar tenders were there to seat us and then they left area and never waited on us.We waited another 5 minutes and thought it was comical that the host was visiting the only other person in the bar area. That person was eating a meal but we were told we could not eat in the bar area.We decided to leave, not because of the wait, but because we saw a total of 8 people working there and no one was able to serve us drinks, or serve us water or anything.As we were leaving the one hostess said they had 2 cooks and it would not be much longer.We know that help is hard to find and keep, but 6 hostesses, and 2 bartenders and no one could help us?It just seemed ashame for all involved.We went to the red robin in apex, great service good food and reasonable wait time.The Apex location seems to have dependable staff, too bad for the Crossroads location.
Affordable and well done selection of American fare. Burgers always agreed choice, but also enjoy their fish & chips with a Guiness from time to time. Generous refills available on most sides!
