Not a big fan of red lobster food, but my grandmother loved lobster fest so i would take her every year. My wife loves the cheese biscuits so now we go every now and again.Feels over priced. Even the all you can eat deals, they make it hard to get enough.This particular location didn't tell us tge correct specials, but service was friendly.
Horrible service! Went to Red Lobster tonight with my family (party of 10) had to wait 45 minutes for a table which is to be expected on a Saturday night. When our table was ready it took the staff an additional 20 minutes to clean and set up the table. The drinking glasses were nasty and it took over an hour and15 minutes to receive our food while our guests who arrived after us received theirs first. This restaurant doesn't follow any CDC guidelines regarding covid, they seat all the customers in one area and had the other area of the restaurant blocked off. Social distance doesn't exist at this place! The lighting was super dark we could barely read our dinner menus. If I could give zero stars I would. It just sucks we all spent over $500 for a crappie experience. I'm sure other mom-and-pop restaurants would have been happy to have our business.
Food was great as usual, but the service has gone downhill... Servers seem disinterested, you have to ask for cutlery multiple times, there is no one checking on you periodically either! That too on a not a busy evening by any stretch of imagination!Coming to food, no complaints there... Tried the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon trio with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli... And the Lobster Lover’s Dream – Roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail and lobster-and-shrimp linguini in a creamy lobster sauce... This was outstanding and is a must try... Tried the premium side Creamy Langostino Lobster Mashed Potatoes which was melt in your mouth stuff... And of course the Cheddar Bay biscuits... They can't go wrong on the food but the service needs to improve!
Wonderful dinner. I wish they had endless shrimp more days out of the week! Their biscuits are still as good as ever, and at some point they added a little card reader to each table with little games on them! We're going to come back to this one.
Incredible experience everytime you we go. Since it's typically the 2 of us we sit at the bar & the Weekday bartender is phenomenal! always attentive, helpful & personable! Highly recommended!
Quality of service and management seem to be declining at this location. While the server we had was attentive, the other staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other (loudly while standing right next to us) than serving customers. It may be a while before we return. There are other places that offer fresher food and less drab ambiance.
Lots of shrimp choices, as well as other fish and seafood. The biscuits are yummy as always. Good COVID protocols, all the staff wore masks and we felt safe.
Food was great our waitress was excellent as well very pleased with everything.We will be going back more often.

i haven't actually eaten here but just had to leave a review for these absolutely precious employees who were so kind to me when i came in for a delivery order. i don't know their names (one of them had super cute glittery eyeshadow), but they were complimenting my outfit and were just generally so friendly. delivery is exhausting and people can be terrible, so it's nice to stop in somewhere where people are so sweet <3 made my day.
