Tasty and fresh! Friendly staff. Love the milkshakes!
Edit: I was called by the store manger Stacy and the issue was corrected.I placed an order for pickup and called the shop to let them know that bread for one of our sandwiches was burnt. I was told that they cannot mess it up like that and hung up the phone. My wife and I felt this was one of the worst ways of handling a customer complaint. I had great experience first few times visiting the shop but incidents like these make you not visit the shop again. I really thought this was my go to sandwich shop!
Quality of food was okay. I placed an order for a turkey sandwich and it was chicken instead. The first half of the food was okay. 3 stars was given because I like potbelly, but this is the second time I’ve gotten an order wrong here. I don’t understand how you mess up an online order.
This is the second time I’ve been to this location and was dissatisfied with the customer service of STACY black female with tattoos(I’m black as well btw). STACY is super rude and acts as if the cookies i am buying are her own. The first time I came i ordered two packs of the mini cookies and she didn’t make me aware of her not wanting to make more and replaced one entire bag with a couple larger cookies what she thinks/feel is the equivalent amount. I had to come all the back in which STACY informed me after the fact with a very snappy malicious condescending tone. STACY has a real stink attitude that needs adjusting. Everyone besides her is cool but she pure mean. And this time she was rude to my mother and sister on Mother’s Day about cookies and a milkshake. It’s unacceptable customer service we are not bothering you we just want to buy cookies. I’ve never had issues with the location in Morrisville. Since I was coming from the theater I decided to give this location another try. And who did i see STACY? I thought last time STACY was having a bad day so I let it go. But this time I can’t give it a pass Incase STACY RUDE to others as well.
When I went to this restaurant, I was so pleased from the moment I walked in and to the moment I walked out. The workers were super friendly and the sub was super delicious. I especially recommend the chicken club sandwich. I hope you’d have the experience that I was fortunate enough to have.
Pricy soup and sandwich shop, but without doubt, delicious soups and sandwiches. Get the pot pie soup.
In town for family gathering to visit new baby "Lucy" and the total experience was 5 *****. Ordered via phone, and unlike a previous poster, there were no issues with ordering specific subs/individual condiments for 13 people.Food was excellent, I love hot subs and this was a pleasant experience all around. Great Job Potbelly and now we know where to order our "subs" when we revisit "Lucy" in the near future. One of the "BEST SUBS" this 62 year old has ever eaten!!!Oh, could you send my cookie to Columbia SC. I love cookies. I will collect my cookie upon our next visit to Cary(Receipt in hand). We will be returning soon to see Lucy as she grows.

Food was good, but online ordering and delivery experience was unfortunately terrible.1. Placed order online the day before the lunch and received e-mail confirmation. However, I received communications the next morning at 8 AM stating the delivery was cancelled because credit card could not be processed. Was told that this "happens sometimes" and provided new credit card for payment.2. Delivery was scheduled for 11:30 AM but we did not receive food until 12:15 PM. Called at 11:40 AM to check on delivery, and was told that the Doordash driver did not show up. Not necessarily their fault if true, but would have been great to call and give me a heads up.
