Why is this store closed for online orders all the time?Edit: I asked a question and get the same scripted response everyone else gets. Give me a proper answer.
Possibly the worst Pizza Hut chain I have ever seen. Not only are they closed about 80% of the time, but whenever they are open, they're food is absolutely disgusting. I went in to get BBQ wings for my son and when I arrived home, I noticed I only received 5 out of the 8 I ORDERED!! Not only that but their was hair on the wings, which absolutely grossed me out to my stomach. When I went back in to complain, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive and blamed me for coming back with half eaten wings and even blamed me for the hairs???!?? I'm never coming back to this establishment again, it is run by a disgusting and rude man who honestly doesn't even seem to care anymore.
This place is a total DISASTER. I placed order with Uber eats an hour before my bf was supposed to arrive at my house to make sure dinner is ready when he arrives. He arrives a few minutes later Uber eats driver calls me to tell md they never received my order. Meanwhile I was charged for this order & they kept updating, working on order, wrapping up, will be arriving soon. Another Uber eats driver calls me with same scenario on this same order. I call the shop to figure out what’s going on manager tells me he saw the order but didn’t approve so it’s not made. I proceed to explain that I was charged for this.he told me he will make it. No delivery available to my apt adress so I went to pick it up. I show up no employee in the shop, waited 10 minutes another Uber eats driver came we are calling by phone to see if any one will come out, yelling hello no reply. In 10 minutes came out of bathroom. Proceeded to tell me 5 Uber drivers at this point came to pick up my order. This place needs to reimburse Uber drivers for wasting their time. At this point my pizza was ready two hours later than intended. Still charged me full price, no refund, nothing free. The worse customer service I ever experienced ANYWHERE. Never coming back & telling others to stay away.
It turns out my phone sent duplicate orders as I struggled through bad connection. ?Rickia called me when she noticed an unusual order pattern. It shows initiative and a clever mind to catch something like that, instead of just going through the motions to fulfill an order.She clarified the correct request and fulfilled it with no further problems. I came to pick up my order from online and when I got there they were closed I,tried calling and everything but no one answered.Dont reccomend this place at all.yet to get my money
Like other have mentioned this location appears to be closed at random times, but the website still accepts online orders.I placed an online order on a Saturday night at 6pm and arrived at the scheduled time to find the store closed and no one answering the phone. I encountered other customers who had ordered online and were experiencing the same issue. It is a pretty poor customer experience for Pizza Hut to enable you to order from a store that isn't fulfilling any orders.
This location appears to be closed.They took my order, I showed up and there were others waiting outside. All the lights inside were off and no one appeared to be working at this location. It was deserted.Someone else waiting outside was in a similar predicament but they had already paid.Even though we were able to get an order in, they were no longer answering their phone. I don't know what is up with this location. Be wary, you may get scammed.
Completely unprofessional. I ordered a pick up order and they told me it was ready, only for them to tell me they just dropped the order in and my order was delayed over 25 minutes!!! Never going there again
I tried to order a pizza online today, 12/11/21, but could no longer specify a time for pickup. I then tried to call the order into the store directly and was abruptly disconnected. So I've placed an order with NY pizza instead. This comment applies to Pizza Hut at 2026 Kildaire Farm Road (#B19) .
