Ordered a pizza at 8 PM, 2 hours before delivery stopped and 3 hours before they closed. Sat and waited for 2 hours. Their online tracker said my order was still being prepared. Called them. Sat on hold for 10 minutes before just hanging up. Gave up and ordered something from DoorDash. Eventually looked at my credit card later that night and saw that the charge had been reversed. No call, no text, no email. If you can't take my order, at least have the decency to let me know. Will not be ordering from here again.
We have been ordering pizza hut for months now unfortunately due to a contract with them. Each week pizza is too thin or overcooked. They can't cut even slices some are huge, some tiny. Today they didn't even deliver food after an hour of waiting we had to go and pick up where it wasn't ready and had to wait another 20 plus minutes. I would never recommend this location.
I had ordered $75 worth of pizza. 2 dinner boxes and cinnamon rolls. The wings in both boxes had barely any buffalo sauce, and one of the pizzas did not come with sauce. I tried talking with the employee, but she was very uncooperative and said I ordered the pizza without sauce. (I checked the order and I 100% ordered sauce on my pizza.) She then sent me to the manager, who was very abrasive and blamed me for the entire situation. Saying that my opinion of "enough sauce" is different from other people. I've always had good experiences with pizza hut, but I will never come to this location again. Very disappointed.
Who ever is working at Pizza Hut tonight. Needs to learn some manners.I called the store after my pizza showed up burnt .I politely told the lady my pizza was black and asked for a new one, and the lady who answered was super rude with an attitude and didn’t even ask me any questions and said it was because it was ordered with no cheese. Yes I did that by accident but the pizza was black because it had such a small amount of marinara on it it didn’t cover 10% of the pizza and was black because it was burnt crust on 80% of the surface of the pizza. Not burnt sauce or pepperonis burnt crust. It had such a small amount of sauce and pepperonis on it that most of the pizza had nothing on it at all. She didn’t even give me a chance to explain anything and was very combative .The lady that was taking my call automatically had an attitude with me like she was upset she was at workI don’t even care about the pizza or the refund but the lady who answered the call at 7:59 needs to go through some training on how to answer the phone after it rings. Also learning how to not have an attitude right off the gate.I don’t even care that the pizza was accidentally ordered with out cheese which is my fault I’ll own that . Doesn’t matter if had cheese or not. No pizza should ever be sent out BLACK like this. Who in their right mind even thinks this okay need to be trained again. Her excuse to was “it doesn’t have cheese so it’s gonna be burnt”Okay no cheese is the first thing to be burnt in the pizza and if you look at the picture the pepperoni is burnt too . Okay so the bread is burnt cause of the no cheese so the pepperoni shouldn’t be burnt or the sauce.I understand mistakes happen at places and it’s no big deal normally things are dealt with without a attitude from whoever the lady was who answered the phone . Who once again had an attitude from the time she answered the phone.Pepperoni’s should never be burnt anyway. This is not edible, doesn’t have sauce.I always ordered from this store and I have never once have ever been sent a pizza that was this burnt. Or treated this way.Whoever also thought this pizza was okay needs to be trained again as well.I will be contacting corporate because the attitudes from this store right off the bat before I even try to speak and even interrupting me is unacceptable.Edit: also please tell me how the associate who answered my husbands called said he wasn’t a manager, just to double back and say he was a manager. Also we both spoke to the store manager, granted I yelled at her when I wasn’t going to be even listened to and talked over. I know yelling is never the answer and I do apologize for that but when I started the call off as nicely as possible because the pizza I got was not edible. However, when my husband called he was very polite and was just trying to fix the situation to which he was met with being spoken over and yelled at by the store manager. The answers the other manager gave were contradictory. The missing cheese is not the issue to why this pizza was burnt (pepperonis were burnt too)I yelled at the store manager to get her to actually listen to what I was going to say instead of just automatically being rude and yelling.
I called to place a delivery order of 3 pizza I told them that I tried to order online site was down when I called told them I wanted to order 3 pizzas with up to 5 toppings and was told to hang on and would get manager to help after 5 minutes I hung up. Went to store and had to do a pick up when I wanted delivery.
The pizza was very good and it was ready when the notification said it would be.
Pizza was undercooked. Plenty of toppings (almost too much) but the crust was soggy. Pan pizza should have a crisp to it
The pizza was quality, as usual, but the employee here was about as rude as they come. I wouldn’t begrudge anyone for playing music while they opened, and I realize I ordered right at opening, but blasting music with explicit content at a volume where customers cannot hear the cashier is unprofessional. When I asked if the employee heard the front door ringer when I entered (I waited about 2 mins with no response before an employee seemed startled when they stepped into my line of sight) they replied in an aggressive tone that they heard the door and yelled for me to wait, like I was being impatient.
This is hands down the best Pizza Hut location I have ever been too. I don't know what it is about this location, but their pizza always taste better than other Hut locations. I do have to say though...they forget to square cut my pizza half of the time, when I add it to the special instructions on the order. That's the only negative thing I have to say.
Really bad experience. I have had PH many times in the past and this past order was extremely disappointing. The pizza was a large, 3 topping thin and crispy for 10 dollars, ended up paying over 21.00, with delivery and tip, which I was OK with. But the pizza was not crispy at all, I am pretty sure the dough was raw, the ingredients did not seem to be cooked, the ham was raw. Overall one of the worst pizzas I have ever had.
