I have ordered from this place 4 times around 8-10pm and Everytime they let the order sit until 1am and then cancel it.

Awful customer service at this papa johns. Every time you call to make an order, they just say that it wasn’t the right number I pressed. “Just press 3” and I did!! Like 5 different times. I ended up just going to dominoes. What’s the point of a pizza place that you can’t even order, and obviously they don’t make good pizzas from the other reviews and previous experiences. Entitled 9-5 worker bees. Your business wouldn’t be there without customers. Do better!!!!!

We used to order from this location all the time and after 5 more attempts and terrible service, we are done. The management is terrible and I will make sure the Papa John’s corporate office knows about it. Tonight’s debacle consisted of preordering at 4:00 pm for a 6:00 pm delivery hoping that would help with their constant delivery problems. By 6:10 pm, we have no pizza. I call and the pizza hasn’t even been made. The phone person tried to get the manager and he would not come talk to me because he was “too busy”. At that point, they said they would get it out as soon as possible but had no estimated delivery time and no delivery driver. Don’t even bother ordering from this location. They do not deserve our business.

What’s the point of making your own pizza with extra sausage and they send you a regular sausage pizza. With an open lid of garlic sauce spilled all in the box. It’s not like I didn’t tip the driver. It’s pointless to call and complain to them.

Would actually give negative stars if I could, we placed an order at 8:30 for one large 2 topping pizza and cheesy bread, the original eta was about an hour, which is fine, they’re understaffed and busy, around 10:05 half of our order was delivered, only the cheese bread, they said they would go get the pizza and return but at now 10:50 they have called to say we will not be receiving our pizza at all, so over 2 hours and 30 minutes of patiently waiting we now have no dinner and with the pandemic nothing else is even open at all. Horrible experience and the staff did little to nothing to try and apologize or make up for it. Delivery driver was great he deserves a raise and some help.

Pizza reminiscent of yeasty cardboard. Pizza sauce that tastes like an old band aid that fell onto a factory floor. I think the cheese on the pizza had a higher IQ than the staff. The pepperoni tasted like it was sliced by someone with a mental illness.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Somehow my internet order was lost, but the thing that got me was the greeter/cashier who asked me twice to repeat my name so I said it louder. Only to help her hear me better. She proceeded to tell me I shouldn't yell at her. I mean, missing my order was somewhat understandable with technology. Not their fault. I work in customer service myself, but the attitude was just intolerable. I get that people have more job security now in the labor shortage, but she was so rude I just walked out and didn't even care about losing the money. My bank is disputing the charge for me. I went around the corner to an authentic pizza place and I'm sure that was the best decision.

Online said order would arrive in 30 minutes - I called the store after 50 min- they said 5 more minutes - called again after another 15 minutes and they said 10 more minutes -- I was then notified 10 mins later that the pizza was delivered (when it wasn't) so I called the store again and they told me they had to cancel my order bc their driver was "overwhelmed" - - thus --- almost 1 hour after my kids were supposed to eat pizza I am making grilled cheeses instead and they are hungry and tired. Manager was not even apologetic - just said they are understaffed. Hoping I actually get the refund but I have my doubts on that, too. Used this store for 20 years and sadly the last few experiences have us needing a new go to spot.
