I have been ordering from this Papa John’s for over 10 years. They always deliver a great product, and have excellent customer service. Tim the manager is a class act. This is my go to pizza place!
My 7pm TIMED/PLANNED delivery arrived at 7:27. Was a good thing I paid for an extra cheese dipping sauce because they neglected to put the one that came with the garlic knots in the box.
I work in customer service and this has to be one of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. First I placed an order for delivery at 11:45 am and called back to check on my order at 12:50 pm. The employee who answered the phone told me that I had to wait even longer because the pizza was made and they were wanting on the driver. After this, I asked could they remake my order because my food would be even colder than it already was and the employee called me "dude". First, we do not know each other for you to address me as such name. Then when I asked for a manager, Tyler M. did not try to address the situation and make it right. I will never spend my money at this location. The order was $25 and I work hard for every penny I get to not get better customer service than this.
I waited 30-40 mins when my order didn't arrive I called again, was told it would be 20mins I called again and have been on hold for 20mins this is ridiculous. I should have placed my order at domino's.
Ordered delivery from here online, no update on how our order was doing. After further investigation, I figured this store either wasn’t delivering or wasn’t delivering to our address. Tried to call the store to correct it, from multiple phones, multiple times and no answer. On a THURSDAY. Do better.
Clean store, fresh food, great staff and very well managed!! I recommend this location in Cary and ONLY this location.
Tim is an excellent employee! Took care of all my customer service needs. The pizza is excellent from this location. Always fast and hot. His staff is very professional also. Thanks
Wrong pizza delivered. Wait time over one hour. They weren't too busy. Mistakes happen. Accepted. When calling to have another pizza delivered, employee hung up in frustration. Smart mouthed kid. No excuses for behavior. In their favor, I've used this location for years and never had a problem. Will the world ever be the same again?

If you are ordering 11:30pm or later pay cash upon arrival. Chances of order being correct and hot increase exponentially.
