Just wanted to give a ‘shout out’ to Team Manager Matt…. When every other employee just kind of looked at me with that deer in the headlight look,Matt took charge and got things done!

Fast food prep. Delicious soups, salads, and smoothies. Lots of self-order kiosks. Nice outdoor seating area with both sun and shade options. Indoor fireplace for winter months.

Had dinner with my husband on Saturday night. It was a quiet and laid back feeling. The food was good. It was nothing outstanding on the positive or negative side.

Haven't been to a Panera in years. Stopped in since I had time before my hair appt. Lisa asked "can I help you" and I said yes "can I please have a scrambled bacon and egg on an asiago bagel". She replies "okay a bacon egg and cheese on an asiago" and I said "oh no just bacon and..." Before I could finish her response is "well I have to put something in the system". Lol. Geez Lisa. Good morning to you too. My bad that I didn't understand your internal operating system. 3 stars because at least the other older gentleman helping people was soooo nice.

Panera bread, quality with good price. In this occasion, I asked for the Family meal, 4 half sandwiches, four soups and a big Greek salad. Everything was delicious, and it feels healthy. You can combine different sandwiches, salads, and soups. The place was very clean, they have self-service and options for blind people. The food was ready really quickly. The location is really convenient, close to the 55. This is a place to go and repeat, with different options to ask.

They have the best soups ever, with my favorite being broccoli cheddar. The Pick 2 is my typical order with salad and soup but I also love the blueberry muffins.

It is a common occurrence for orders to arrive incomplete or incorrect after ordering from the Panera Website. Today, I decided to call this location to try to get a refund for my missing smoothie. The phone rang and rang until it was finally disconnected. I called back and the same thing happened again. Finally on the third call, someone answered and told me she was going to put me on hold and find out what happened. She never came back after I waited on hold for 20 mins. Absolutely appalled by their customer service. If the order is placed through their website, as opposed to Door Dash or Grub Hub, they are supposed to handle the mistakes. It is frustrating enough that more than half of the orders we place through them are wrong. But the fact that they won't even attempt to fix the mistakes or give refunds is doubly disappointing.

Online Delivery is a joke, 0 for 3 delivers. Two out of three trips they didn't bring the expensive drinks. The other just never made it. Talk about a hungry family! They just don't care about making it right because the phone system routes deliver issue to a line that rings then hangs up. Real professional Panera.

Not crowded on late weekday morning. Plenty of separated space for sit down dining. Well staffed and quick preparation of meals.

I have been ordering bagels from this location for about 2 years now. However, today I noticed that the bagels are at least 2/3 their original size!!! Is Panera cutting costs due to rising food prices/shortages or did the person who made the bagels just mess up? Only time will tell. Many companies will shrink their products over time charging the same price thinking the public won't notice (Subway, etc). But guess what? We do notice!
