Very dirty. Dirty tables and floors everywhere and it was not busy. Dishes piled up so high at the trash ben people satrted putting dishes in the trash. But the drink and food was good.

I found a hair in my Cobb salad… never having this again :( I feel disgusted.

Went to dinner with my parents. All 3 of us did a pick 2 meal. Everything was delicious. I had the creamy tomato soup and the avocado chicken chipotle melt.

Full size Asian salad without chicken. Barely a handful of lettuce and dressing. Will NEVER be back!! $10 waste of money

I order from Panera a lot. Mostly in Fuquay-Varina.Staying at a hotel in Cary now, place order for delivery, because I know this food.Delivery tho, no utensils! It's a hotel one needs spoons to eat soup!Come on do your job.

Worst panera store. Order delivery, order is wrong again and since nobody answers the phone I can't get the right order. How do you run a restaurant and not answer the phone? The new management team apparently doesn't understand what customer service means.

Good food but location is not kept clean and the wait for food was long

I went in today for dinner, had placed my order on the app prior. There were only two staff members in the entire restaurant and they were hustling to get everyone’s orders together. There were about 25 people standing around waiting for their orders. Mine was about half way down the list, and I had already been waiting half an hour.To the people who are leaving negative reviews, please understand that these crew members are underpaid for all that they do and doing their absolute best to get you your food in a timely manner. Please be patient and understanding. I saw people snapping pictures of them and being so rude. It’s disgusting. They must be so exhausted, physically and mentally, when they leave that restaurant. We all love Panera and don’t want this place to get shut down because they can’t handle it any more. Just be courteous, and say thank you.

My family taught me the value of money but they also taught me that even when you only have $ 1 in your pocket, it's okay to share with those who deserve it or with those who need it. 2.30pm on Thursday 18th November, I decide to take my mom, 2 years old that I didn't see her, to lunch (unusual and rare, we are not rich and we work as much as many other people do). We casually go to this PaneraBread and ... I just say that it was a great pleasure to have left (even if small ... unfortunately the possibilities are limited) a tip to the staff. Kitchen, manager ... what to say? Wonderful people, who work a lot, helpful and kind and who deserve a lot. Had I left more I would have ... But I can recommend this place 101% where you can go and say ... what a pleasure to have enjoyed a great lunch and the kindness of these people. Thank you all! ❤

I think this location is planning on closing or going out of business. My family has given this location 3 try's to get it right and all 3 times bad service and really bad overpriced food.Undercooked flat bread that tasted like the cafeteria pizza from grade school subsidized lunches. This was complimented by stale bread on my daughters sandwich, no croutons for the soup, and a fruit salad comprised of a single grape covered entirely by Mellon. Someone must have dropped the grape by accident. To top it off, service has always been terrible. Curbside never ready when promised and no one willing to answer a phone. Would suggest not offering curbside if you are going to make the customer come in to pick up the order. If the above was not bad enough, how about all that for $60 and absolutely no one willing to return a call to discuss the items missing from your order.Never again.
