I want to thank an employee, Pat, for making my day! Was in the drive thru and my debit card slipped between my seat and center console. No way to get it without parking. He paid for my breakfast so I didn’t have to worry about it. He was so kind about it! Thank you, Pat, for your excellent customer service and for being an awesome person.
I loved the Panera in my hometown so I was happy to see one when I moved here. Disappointed to say that this location has messed up my order on probably 5 different occasions. Failing to put any condiments on the sandwich on multiple occasions, missing cups of soup, etc. Everything always seems slopped together with no care whatsoever. The bread is always cold. It’s hard to mess up this hard when Panera’s ingredients are generally pretty good, but I’m done with this location.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this particular Panera Bread for a long time, but after the experience I had today I will NEVER order from this establishment ever again. I placed an order for delivery through the Panera app, which was delivered by DoorDash. When I received my order all of my special instructions were disregarded and the order was completely wrong. My husband and I both have special dietary needs that necessitated these special requests, so that when the requests were ignored, that basically made the food inedible for both of us. Both my husband and I tried MULTIPLE times to call the restaurant, but nobody ever answered the phone. I was simply going to request that a new order be sent out. Finally after trying to call at least half a dozen times my husband and I had to get in the car and bring the food back to be corrected. Our frustrations were further compounded when they didn’t even get the second order correct, and we had to go inside a second time! The icing on the cake was when the employee had the nerve to tell my husband that he was rude. Having to drive to the restaurant to get the order corrected completely defeated the purpose of ordering delivery. Then, the employee calling my husband rude when we were already frustrated by the whole experience was like a slap in the face. Panera Bread Morrisville, I am officially DONE with you. Your lousy service and rude employees have now cost you a once-loyal customer.
Panera Bread continues to slide downward. This chain use to be so popular. This location was slow on my visit, and I observed multiple customer issues. My order was missing a cookie. Snadwich was cold. Unlikely to revisit Panera again.
Went to the drive through this morning. Coffee luke-warm at best. Maybe don't serve coffee that's been sitting around? Thanks Panera.

I want to humbly say thank you to the man that helped me out today with my food. My card was not working and as I was getting ready to drive off until the nice man said to the cashier go ahead and give her the food. Thank you so much!
On 2/18/22 I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt for lunch. I took a bite of my sandwich and it did not taste right. When I opened the sandwich I found a spoiled avocado in my sandwich. I could not believe a restaurant would serve a sandwich with this avocado! I was so disappointed. Never again will I go to this Panera! At your own risk!
If you're into slightly upscale places and are willing to spend money sure... Food and service were good
Soup from a can, day old bread and cheap turkey deli meat separated by bacon with white gobs of fat all made for a very lackluster meal. Will not be going back. I expected fresh made soup, not slimey mushy vegetable soup that tastes like it came from a can. I expected fresh tasting bread but it was stale and old with turkey that tasted like it was from Oscar myer in a wrapper. I can do much better at home thank you!
