I haven't been to Olive Garden in ages so we decided to reminisce and go there for dinner. Our waitress was extremely helpful in pointing out gluten-free options and was an all around excellent waitress. Where you find good service you can find me. I would definitely go back to this location if in the area again.
After a horrible experience at Cheesecake Factory not receiving a refill, or a visit from our waitress, or even the appetizer we had ordered for a full 45 minutes we left seeing most of the kitchen staff outdoors smoking, we came to Olive Garden. My hubby was very doubtful at this point of anything going well. But when we arrived at Olive Garden we were seated immediately, our waiter Scott came over right away, took and brought our drink order and both appetizers very quickly. I had not finished my salad that's how soon our entrees arrived. And the food was hot, and delicious! And Scott answered all my questions about the menu and gluten free options easily. And he checked on us often. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and even the manager stopped by to ask us how everything was. As we were leaving the hostess wished us a good afternoon. This was such a refreshing experience! Sometimes it's just best to go somewhere with a long and good history of good food and good service!
We ordered curbside takeout for Mother’s Day and ended up waiting in our car in the parking lot over an hour after our designated pickup time to receive our order. Our order pickup time was scheduled for 5:15pm and our order was finally brought out at 6:15. When our order did arrive, it was incomplete. We called back while still sitting in our car, and they assured us that they’d be “right back out” with the remainder of our order… it took another 15 minutes to receive the remainder of our order. So an hour and 15 minutes after our pickup time, we’re finally leaving with our cold food order with no apology. We will not be back to Olive Garden and do not recommend anyone else placing a curbside order from this location.
We went to celebrate our son’s birthday. The service and food was good. Most important thing is, I forgot my handbag at restaurant and only figured that next day. I got my bag back safely. I really appreciate the staff.
We ordered a take-out and food was ready as promised. We parked in the spots reserved for online order pickup and did an on-line check in to notify that we were there. They brought our order to our car in less than 30 seconds. Very impressed with the service.I highly recommend this place for take-out. I can’t comment in dine-in experience since I didn’t try dine-in at this location.
The only thing that is keeping this from a 5 star review was the wait. We waited a while for our food and every table around us had already gotten their food. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and i highly recommend getting the dipping sauces for the bread sticks!
I've come to this Walnut St. Cary, NC Olive Garden most of my life. I love it so much. You always get excellent customer service and delicious food. Erin S gave the best service of anywhere I've had food in years. She was fast, friendly, remembered everything, and very attentive. Give that girl a raise! :) So happy with my visit and of course, I will keep coming for years to come.
The food was good! I got the chicken scampi, and was impressed with the quality and portion size for the price. My better half got the lasagna and she really liked it. We're both big eaters and with the salad and breadsticks, we still had enough to bring home for lunch tomorrow. ??
So first of all I love Olive Garden but today is not the day. Waited 10 min for extra dressing. Still have not received my food have been here 40 min. They are not busy and at this point when my food does come I'll take it to go. Waiter hasn't been back to see if anything is needed. I am not happy and will not be back.
Staff great, waiter was very attentive when he was supposed to be. Food was very tasty and even enjoyed their special of $5 dishes to bring home. Very enjoyable time.
