I’m really glad that Okja, which means pig in Korean opened in 2021 here in Cary. The images around the restaurant remind me of the Okja movie, which I’m fond of. There is a well stocked bar at the center of the restaurant with lots of cushy booths. There’s almost never a wait at night, more people should visit! The food options are great and very authentic. They have both Korean and Japanese cuisine. The prices are also reasonable compared to other Asian places in the area. There’s also outdoor seating with pretty lights. The service is great and I am always impressed every time I visit.

Was pretty excited to hear about a Korean Pub styled restaurant. The vibes of the place were really nice and I enjoyed the food I got. The chicken is done well and the service was really good, always making sure we were ok. Theres a big menu and I definitely want to come back and try more things! It has a nice outdoor area for sitting as well with a giant connect 4 game for people to play.

We had a great date night here. It was a cold and rainy night, and they weren't busy, but they happily let us sit out on the covered outdoor patio and turned the heaters on high for just us. And our waitress had great drink and food recommendations for us. I tried the fried chicken with 2 different sauces and both were very tasty. I got the whole chicken because I suspected I would want leftovers, but there was seriously so much chicken that I had enough food leftover for 2 more meals. My wife had the bibimbop and enjoyed it as well, although those portions were more normal size.

Sadly slow service. But I understand with the Covid situation. Took about 30 mins for some water. Was waiting for 2 hours in general. Food was okay. Fries were soggy. Beef wasn't as flavorful like Aromas

The food was okay and service was good. Will try other items next time.

Hidden gem. Pretty much everything on their menu is solid. Don't expect S-tier sushi, this isn't a sushi restaurant, but it's still great!Wish they'd simplify their menu and focus a little more- their chef is clearly talented.Sanitation rating is a bit scary (<90), hopefully something they're working on.

Great place to enjoy Korean/Japanese foods in one place. They have enough space to have private parties too. Foods were okay but it was not authentic Korean foods, it was more like fusion. But still nor bad! Drinks were okay and pretty pricey too. Servers were very kind!

Great food (wings are huge and perfectly done), and adding in some interesting items like the kimchi fries make this place an amazing option here in Cary.Server was nice, but place was woefully understaffed, as the times are.

I stop by at Okja every time I visit or pass through the area (RDU/ NC). The menu has an extensive (and impressive) list of options to chose from, food I tried were all delicious, and the staffs are always friendly with great service. Highly recommend!

The food was great! I had the Okja Kimchi fries as a starter, and they were delicious!! The entree I had was the shrimp Yakisoba noodles and they were really tasty as well. My husband devoured the Korean fried chicken almost as soon as the plate touched the table. The waitress was so sweet and very friendly. We will definitely be coming back again! Thank yall!
