Their cheesecake is the best thing I’ve ever had. We had a hodgepodge wedding due to covid, and a family member brought this for our cake. It was so good, we savored it for as long as we could. I then went back and got one for my husband’s birthday cake. Y’all, this is the best cheesecake I have ever eaten, no contest. The bagels are probably great too, but all I want in life is more of this cheesecake.
We always stop by for a bagel before we take road trips or are in need of a treat. Everything is always fresh! I stopped by to get a few dozen bagels for our company and they made sure everything was organized by each dozen. Everyone at the company raved about that bagels all day. Once you try their bagels, you'll never go anywhere else for your bagel/deli needs!
Wish I can give this place zero stars. My husband told me about the experience he received at this place. He did enjoy the food but the customer service was horrible. There was an older gentleman at the register taking orders. He skipped over him to the next customer and claimed he didn't see my husband. My husband is black and was the only black person in line. There was another customer in line who ended up yelling at the employee about what he did. The employee did apologize but then still made my husband pay for his food after the racist service he received.
Bagels to kill for, but one employee had a mask on his chin, and the other one didn’t have a mask on at all. This is the second time and I thought I would try them again because maybe he forgot his mask or something previously. But, I’m gonna keep my family safe and find a bagel shop that cares about our community
First time I have ever paid 8 dollars for a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee. I didn't think the bagel was that great, lightweight. They don't indicate the brand of coffee. I found the employees unfriendly.
I love this place and rave about to everyone!! Seriously reminds me of home I have to say though, I really hope the crumb cake today was a fluke and not a recipe change, just a bit less crumb, and dry. It’s generally absolutely incredible! My favorite thing there all year. Everything else was amazing as usual, delicious, friendly. Definitely my go to after night shift or a lazy off day.
Tired of the old flavorless eats; when you just want a great anything to eat, you should try these guys, best bagel sandwiches on this side of the Milky Way. Long lines are the quiet testament of good eats. I love coming here because there are real people who care about the quality of food and customer care.
The bagels are awesome and remind me of home! Expect a line if you are there in the morning. They're that good but worth it...
First time today at New York Bagel & Deli....fantastic! I got a Reuben sandwich, which was delicious, and then brought home a pumpernickel bagel. The bagel was the right balance of chewy and baked. So good! Feel like I'm back in NYC.
They used to be better. I love their bagels, but they need to train new staff properly. The girl who did my order this morning kept getting the order wrong. I had to repeat my order several times because she kept forgetting. When I got home I noticed the sandwiches were not made correctly. I ordered a lox bagel with all the works. It was a pain bagel with just lox, no cream cheese or anything.
