There are a few employees there that are wonderful I don't even say about 4th and a lot of the others mess up your orders and everything else at the 5050 shot in the dark how things turned out
The food was hot, good and delivered to our table very quickly.
One of the best most consistent McDonald's in Raleigh. Rarely a long wait and food is never cold or dry.
I would like to say that this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced but that would imply that there was customer service. The drive-thru attendant taking the order was abrupt and rude
I was there to order food & pick up a door dash order! They told me my doordash order was not yet ready and to come inside. When I came inside a woman who was of Hispanic decent came up to me (I assume a manager as she was directing everyone else working at the time) and ask what I was here for. I told her I was here to pick up a doordash order and gave her my order number… she rudely replied (well that’s not ready right now) I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and when she handed me the order I said Thank you!! And she replied with an eye roll ?.. Awful customer service and I will not be back!
My daughter and I ordered the Double cheese burger meal. It was Hot and fresh ?
It's a McDonalds. Plain and simple. Never had any problems, sometimes out of certain items. Relatively short hours (not open late) but fine for the part of town they're in. Again, it's a McDonalds. Not the best in town, but far, far from the worst. Pretty average, 4-star is what you can expect here.
I've been coming here for about a year before work bc my days are chaotic. The staff has always been friendly to me but today the manager amanda was very rude. I was at one speaker and sat for a few minutes. While i waited patiently peoples orders were being taken at the other speaker no one behind me so i decided to back up thinking the speaker i was at was just malfunctioning. I get to the other speaker to order and before i can day anything im cut off. She proceeds to tell me u didn't have to switch speakers like that we would have gotten to u. I give her my order and she says just pull up. I get to the first window where my usual lady is and she didn't even give me the correct items so she has to go in and fix it. I get to work and my drink is completely gross so i have to leave work now to get another drink. I'll just find somewhere else to get food in the mornings from now on.
Used the app for a mobile order while at work. Had to wait when I got there but food was fresh and my pumpkin spice iced coffee was too die for! And I got BB-8 ?
This is a nice McDonalds. Any time we've gone, it's been quiet and clean. The service has been courteous and fast. Good experience.
