Waited 20 minutes to place our order. Requested no pickles on all 3 sandwiches and no onions on 1as there is an allergy to onions. Got extra pickles on all sandwiches and extra onions on the one requesting no onions. Patties on my big Mac were 1/2 the size of the patty on my 2 year Olds happy meal burger. Ordered apple juice but the non English speaking employees tried giving chocolate milk, which my son doesn't like at all. Not only did it take 20 minutes sitting at the drive up order with the second lane closed, but waited in line another 20 minutes to get to the window with another 10 minutes for the employee to figure out the card reader and to replace the chocolate milk with the apple juice we ordered. Usually I ignore reviewing bad customer service but it is intolerable to have all sorts of issues half of which are not figured out until you've left the location and got home to eat.
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s in my entire life. After a 3 hour flight from Colorado I came to grab something quick for my kids to eat. This ended up taking over 45 minutes after going to the ATM because They are only taking cash due to some type of system reboot they’re doing. I can’t have a printed receipt (because of the reboot) but he offered to hand write the receipt??? If this happens every night This place should not be 24 hours.
Waited in drive through 15 minutes to be told they didn't have spicy nuggets despite the fact they are advertised all over the menu and drive through. Ordered regular nuggets meal with sweet tea. Did not request a large and was not asked. Waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. Looking at the receipt I found they charged me extra for a large drink I didn't request. Shady business practice. Won't make the mistake of going here again.
Orders are made by you at a kiosk, and if you have cash, you then go pay at the register with an employee... Twice the amount of order time. I thought McDonald's was fast food.... The bathroom has some fancy motion sensor hand washing sink, I hope you have two hands otherwise the sink won't dispense it's water or air to wash and dry your hands.
The food is fine when they get it right. If you have a special exception to your food items, be sure to double check all of the items before you drive away from the second window. Also, the drive through is incredibly slow. I once spent a full hour going through the drive through over and over again until they got the order right.
Everytime I come to this McDonalds to order (only doing drive thru since the pandemic) they, for some reason, almost always have me wait in line while four cars that arrived after me are able to place their order. It doesn’t matter which side of the two-lane options I choose. I come here at least once a week since we have a picky eater and it makes things easy. There has also been a consistent pattern of items not being in the bag that I paid for. Probably over $30 worth of food that I have never received. I’m not one to usually complain because it sucks to work for basically minimum wage in food service, I’ve been there. But this location has a horrible pattern of inconsistency.If you’re thinking of frequenting this location. Don’t!
Absolute sorry joke of a place to go if there are more than 3 cars in the drive through. My grandma’s dementia ward could run a place better than this. Sat in line for 20 minutes to get up to the speaker and not have anyone take my order for another 10. Ridiculously terrible McDonald’s.
I wrote a review for the wrong McDonald's ?This McDonald's is good, had some freshness quality problems in the last 2 or 3 years but it has largely resolved itself. Sometimes the fries aren't hot, but it's rare now and seems to be the only problem. To everyone: the line is long because the food is good. Ergo, the place is busy!
Service was Good and Interaction was Friendly as usual. However, The Quality of the Food occasionally fails to meet the standards of consistency and as I posted a picture of this it shows that the line employees who make the food are more concerned about speed and abandon the quality of how the food is prepared ...this cannot be ignored....Speed is good but should never compromise quality.... Don't make Food you yourself wouldn't find inviting....Customers pay For Food and trust the quality of the brand and this should not be ignored.... Marketing Displays meals with presentation and this should at the very least be close to upheld when the actual product is received....
