We preordered for pickup. At the drive thru, we decided to add ice creams to our existing order. The app wasn't helpful, but the staff was very accommodating.

Take more than 15 min for pickup

Do not go to this McDonald’s. I don’t have high expectations for McDonald’s, but there is one thing that you do expect and that is some hot signature McDonald’s fries when you stop there. 5:00 PM and this place has no customers, the staff is standing around jabbering in the back, and they serve us food that’s cold and soggy. My fries were terrible, my fish sandwich was cold. There’s no excuse for this. All they have to do is warm up the food and serve it to us hot, and they can’t even seem to get that right. Never will I step inside a McDonald’s again .

Size of the filet on the filet-o-fish sandwich was pitifully small. Fries were not hot.

I too, use it for the bathroom.

I use it for the bathroom

Decent enough for a McDonald's. It's the closest one to my home. The drive through goes quick enough.

The McD’s drive thru on Cary Parkway never gets the order correct. Been there multiple times, half the time the order is wrong. The food is not cooked well. 50/50 all the time!

Ordering take out/curbside pickup took about 35 mins to pickup. Will expect the delay like this during dinner time next time. The strange thing is we saw the car parked next to our car arrived 5 mins later on curbside but they received their food before us.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s regularly but for the last year or so, this store’s quality on some of the menu items has gone downhill, specifically chicken nuggets and fries. Sometimes fry containers are only half-full (see recent photo). Paid for a large and basically was given a small. Nugget quality is inconsistent at best. They’re often hard or stale and taste several hours old…especially if you order them during slow periods or late at night. I understand managers or the owner wants to cut down on waste but shouldn’t at the expense of quality. I’ve completed several surveys complaining about this recurring issue but haven’t noticed any significant changes.
