Older lady behind the counter was as rude as I have EVER seen to a Door Dash woman waiting for almost 10 minutes at the counter for someone to hand the bag over for delivery.I was surprised the dasher simply walked out with the order.Nasty lady behind the counter has no business being in food services.
This is a good McDonald's. My order is right most of the time. Sanitation score 99.5 the last time I was there. The drive-through line moves with acceptable speed. I consider this my preferred McDonald's in the area. I wish I didn't eat fast food often enough to be a good judge of a good McDonald's and a not good one, but I do, and this is good representative of its brand.
Paid 99 cents for extra gravy on my biscuit. Did not get it at drive thru, then asked for it to be added. Got around corner still nearly same amount. Walked in and got BS from South American manager that that was extra gravy. I have news for you Señora, that was not extra gravy. I have purchased the biscuit and gravy for 20 years, and I had to argue and ask for money back before I got action. The only person communicating well was the gentleman taking payments. We couldn’t understand the lady taking our order at the drive thru and she was talking so fast. The gentleman taking our payment was super friendly and corrected the order for us. We pull up to pick up our food and the change that was made at the payment window didn’t correlate to the pick up window. When we tried to correct it there, we were given a hard time to the point to where they wanted our entire bag back. That wasn’t worth the hassle of fixing one incorrect sandwich as I had already handed food back to my kids in the back. This store could fix communication all around.
terribly rude staff. took order wrong and took 15 mins to take it, girl taking it was very confused. when we got up to the drive thru window we discovered we did not have what we ordered. when we told them, they yelled that we did not pay for what we’re saying we ordered. when i say yelled i mean yelled. we had to basically beg for several minutes for them to give us what we ordered and the lady said she would “walk it out when [she] can”… i’ve NEVER written a review anywhere before. this was just the worst service ever.
The fish sandwich was the only reason they got two stars. The fries were almost burned and the unsweet tea tasted like darn coffee!! Yes I said coffee. I also got lunch there earlier in the day and that was the first time I noticed it. I even let my sister taste it to make sure it wasn't just me and she could taste it as well. The whole large cup got thrown away along with the burned fries. Not sure if they brewed the tea with the coffee still in there or didn't rinse it out or it had grounds in it but it was awful both times. I told the cashier and all he said was sorry and never told the back anything. They never checked it and gave me tea/coffee again for dinner. I will never go back to that location again. What happened to people taling quality in their job?
It's McDonald's... this one is usually very busy. Drive thru and in store open. They rarely offer Deals and prices are on the high side.it is generally clean, decent amount of parking.
Relative to other area McDonald's, this one consistently has quality service & fresh hot food. Never skimpy on portions/toppings. It is, however, still a McDonald's.
No Fun eating COLD Breakfast!… and I’ve never written a review before finishing my meal. I understand that it’s Thanksgiving, and getting staff to come in was probably difficult at best… But; I had to order at the Kiosk, to which was a Big Breakfast, with no option to order a side of gravy for my biscuit. Specified that my order was to eat here, and took a number (supposed to bring it to my table?). So it ended up in to go bags and sat at the front counter before the fellow realized that I was sitting at a table (right next to the counter). It was half-cold when I received it, and even though the temp outside was a brisk 35 degrees, the a/c was running and it was absolutely freezing inside! Worst Breakfast Experience Ever !
You almost always have to order from the kiosk if you go inside at this location. It's McDonald's and it's never been one of the best ones. The pandemic hasn't helped
