What's to rate? McDonald's is McDonald's. I hit this one since it's so close to home... But the drive thru is quite slow. There are faster ones in Cary by far.
Why is it, that even the simplest of orders is prepared incorrectly?!? I don't know, but McDonald's is I think, well known for that. Plus the food is getting really expensive, specially for what you get.
For the past 3 times that I have gone to this McDonalds, they forgot a sweet tea. This time they forgot a whole order (a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a large sweet tea). They gave me the sweet tea, but when I noticed they didn’t give me three double cheeseburgers and 3 small fries like I ordered, I let them know. The first cashier told me I was only charged with 2, when I was never given a receipt, and tried to wave me off. A second crew member told me to pull up and handed me a hamburger. When I got home, I saw they didn’t get another one of our orders right. I’m always really understanding and let it go because I don’t want to be THAT person, but I was the only person in the drive thru, they were rude, and didn’t even get the orders they gave us right.
My recent experiences at McDonald's in Cary have been awful. Long wait times, employees w/terrible attitudes, messed up orders, getting overcharged & then having to fight to get my money back, franchise customer service people who don't return phone calls...I'm going to take a break & go elsewhere for a while. Maybe they'll get their act together!
I wanted a quick bite to eat and got a ? quarter pounder combo the food was good and hot, but the size of my drink was small ? wasn't sure if this was the norm; this was the first time here at this McDonald's but, at other McDonald's your regular combo is usually served with a medium or large drink. ? . The drive thru service was quick.
This is the best McDonalds in the older Cary area. Good employees, fast service, they can handle mobile orders quickly, very friendly.
We were on our way to returning clothes and shoes that were to small. We wanted Frappuccinos. They hit the spot.
If you’re White, avoid this place. The mostly black staff hates White people and will make your experience terrible. Order multiple meals and ask for ketchup? Hope 2 packets is enough. Want napkins in your drive thru order? Why are you being so difficult?Demand McDonalds upgrade their staffing to better reflect the demographics of our community. Anti-White hate does not belong in a nice place like Cary.
I had no idea it cost almost 17 bucks for a quarter pound burger meal combo and a Mc chicken sandwich and a Mc double..
Depending on whom is working depends on if the food is fresh, your order is correct, and if you get your order with or without an attitude. Some of the ladies here are great. Some, including a young black female with two colors of hair, worked Monday November 22nd at 430p.m. needs to lose the attitude, or find a place of business where she doesn't deal with people. Ever.
