terrible service, really outrageous, I ordered a happy meal Burger extra meat without onion, no pickle and a coffee, the hamburger had no cheese and the coffee was just hot water with a slight brown color, my son went to ask for cheese for his burger and they made him a new one the lady who made it practically threw it on the table and the lady who delivered it ordered me the first burger in the back i had to take out the meat i had paid extra at the delivery counter, the new burger had no extra meat and had all the ingredients that my son doesn't eat, they really have time to be laughing and talking to each other and not to give good service to their customers, No matter how busy a restaurant is, you should always give your best, if not, you are not prepared to work under pressure, doing things quickly and badly does not mean you are good.
The young lady working drivethrough tonight should be fired for treating paying patrons that way. Disgusting display of customer service. I will never be back. I can't believe any business would have someone like that working with the public. We just spent 25.00 to be treated like trash. I will never spend my money there again.N.W. Maynard Rd. We all Know McDonald's and what to expect from these fast food chains by now...sometimes the burgers are cold sometimes the fries are old but I'm pleased to say this McDonald's had hot burgers, great fries and a very good iced coffee..I hope they are consistent with their product and offer the same high standards to everyone!!
This is the only McDonalds I have been to that has not been able to process a mobile order. So I wasted about 40 minutes of my time and $4 - $5 and walked away with nothing except a manager saying there was "nothing they could possibly do to make this right". Went to a different Mcdonalds about 3 miles away and they had no issue what-so-ever processing my mobile order.
Ok but can do slot better I'm not sure what's going on but the last few times y'all forgot my drinks more then once and food be cold... fries all soft
The place was clean and the staff efficient. The kiosk made it even more efficient, but after ordering and touching the screen I was feeling a little uncomfortable about the ordering process because of the pandemic. Maybe any other time touchscreen would not be so bad, but now. We are still in the throes of the pandemic! Anyway, the fries were good as always. But the Quarter Pounder with cheese tasted kind of bland. I have not been to a McDonalds in years but had a taste for it and stopped. Not exciting but not thoroughly disappointed as it is McDonalds after all and not Ruth's Steakhouse.
I go here a lot on the way home. For frequenting the place often during rushes, they move quick and are generally helpful.They'll mess something up maybe 1 out of 10.
Very quick drive thru and my order was correct. My food was hot and I didn't have to ask for condiments. In and out. Good job McDonald's.
Loved this place! Neat and fast service! Got the happy meal for my kid for the first time and sure he was happy with it! :) thanks guys! coming again for sure! Recommend:)
To be short with employees ,one drive thru lane ,and 20min.in line to take my order they were awesome.
