Maximillians is my favorite restaurant in Cary. Food is always delicious, service is always great and the hosts are just the BEST. It is my go-to for special occasions and friend get-togethers. I took my staff here for Christmas last year and I have ruined them for regular restaurants now. Of course, I also now have to bring them here every Christmas, so maybe joke is on me. Happy to do it though.
Menu was limited. No chicken. Side salads limited and vegetables limited.

Maximillianâs never fails to disappoint. The voodoo tuna and watermelon feta salad were delicious. Service by the bartender was excellent.

Fabulous Always! Chef really cares and the service is incredible. They anticipate without hovering! We always get the filet and calamari and it's delish! last night we had an insane cheese dip appetizer with crispy pork morsels that melted in our mouths! OMG!!! I Love this place!
Food was excellent, especially the Caesar salad, served with lightly charred greens and a perfectly prepared dressing. I also enjoyed the Pamlico Sound shrimp and fettuccine. Portions were generous. Heather, our waitperson, accurately described everything and provided excellent service.
We have eaten here several times over the past year, always with positive results. The calamari is an excellent starter. The chef preparers fish & meats equally well. Wine list is a bit small but selections are fairly priced and pare nicely with the meals presented. The staff is friendly and always helpful. If you have a vegetarian in your group, they will be happy here.
Bread pizza & dessert delish. Staff lovely. The prices are ridiculous. Not thrilled w entree, i have simple pallet. Bathroom dirty. Ambience is dark dismall even tho bright windows.
