Amazing food! We are in town for an event and decided to try this place out based on reviews. It did NOT disappoint. I had the capellini Di mare and my husband has the chicken Parmesan. Both were excellent. Was will definitely be back next time we visit! Service was fantastic as well!

Great food. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend!!!

Excellent selection. Meals and atmosphere delicious and friendly excellent service. Highly recommended!

We had mother's day lunch here in celebration of my mom, wife, and I and EVERYONE was happy, and EVERYTHING was delicious! Our server was also fantastic. He was so good to my daughters during our meal and professional, friendly, and kind. We all agreed that this will be the first of many wonderful visits to Luganos.

Table for 4 with reservations. Bread and appetizers were excellent. Two of the four entrees were ok. The restaurant was out of some of their desserts that of course we wanted. We would have to wait awhile if we wanted Expresso, because their Expresso machine was shut off. The service was ok, more on the slow side. Overall rating would be 3.5. Might want to try this restaurant out again, but not on a Saturday night.

Went this time with trepidation considering some of the recent negative reviews. Based on those, we must have visited on a particularly good night. We enjoyed an iceberg wedge, tomato soup, tortellini ala panna, and chicken marsala. All were exceptional as always. The soup was creamy and the sherry added just the right zest. The lettuce in the wedge was fresh and crispy, and the dressing was flavorful but not overpowering. The tortellini was properly cooked with enough sauce to be neither dry nor swimming in it. And the chicken in the marsala dish was prepared just right (not dried out like at some italian restaurants) and the sauce was a slightly understated version of marsala. But the pièce de résistance was the spinach, which was especially tasty in its tangy sauce, which granted, some people might not appreciate because it seems "soggy". That word never entered my mind as I savored it. The service was first-rate, although we were there late and the place was only about a quarter full. However, we have been there a number of times over the past year when they were near capacity, and have never had a bad experience. Everything came out in good timely fashion, and our waiter was very attentive. The only thing that would have made the evening perfect was if the waitstaff was still wearing masks. That did frankly make us a little uncomfortable. As this is our hands-down favorite Italian establishment, you can be assured they (and you) will hear about it if they falter for us.

Restaurant looks a bit formal but was very comfortable for traveling family for lunch. Food was first rate, including pizza, pasta, salad. Would definitely return if back in area.

The environment was nice and the service was good. The bread they serve in the beginning was also good. We were there early and they had ran out of calamari, which is ridiculous. The pork chops were very good and tender with good flavor. They shrimps were well cooked and large in both the salmon dish and the Capellini del Mare. However, the Capellini was very salty and the only good part about it was the shrimp. The fettuccine was good however it was also very salty.

A retirement dinner, I had wonderful wait staff. The Pork Chop entree was excellent. Try it you won't be disappointed.

I have eaten at Lugano's for years and never had a bad meal until today. I ordered the Penne Sardi Pasta which had very little sauce, chicken and no mushrooms with way too many breadcrumbs. All you could really taste was the dry salty breadcrumbs. When I asked for more sauce to put on it, the waiter acted inconvenienced and said I' ll see if they can do that. The sauce he brought me looked nothing like the sauce that should have been on this dish. A friend was treating me for my birthday, so I didn't want to make a fuss. I just couldn't eat it. The waiter never apologized for the dish or offered me anything else. If this is indictive of what Lugano's is now serving, then I will have to take them off my list of restaurants.
