I don't like leaving negative reviews, but ordered a variety of food and nothing was good. Fried rice had absolutely no flavor or taste, was dry and had way too much soy sauce. Felt like rice dunked in sauce, thats all. Vegetable delight had no tofu, no salt, full of cabbage. Schezwan veggie was sickeningly sweet like the chef accidentally added sugar instead of salt. Chicken in garlic sauce was OK, but less chicken and more veggies in the box. Egg Fried rice barely had any egg. Disappointed, this was my first order. Not going back

A mishap turned into a blessing! So long story short: my friend came over and treated me to vegetable chow mein from another establishment however what I was expecting was not at all what I got.So at the last minute I was able to order Vegetable Lo Mein from Luck 7 for the 1st time and I am delighted to say it exceeded my expectations! The taste was flavorful; Non-greasy; along with FRESH vegetables including zucchini which was a splendid surprise. I ordered a Large (quart) and ate 3/4 of it by myself. Then when I woke up the following morning I finished the rest off ?.(Vegetables included are: Broccoli, Carrots, Mushrooms, Cabbage, Celery, Zucchini and Peppers)As a vegan I am so glad to have tried this place and I will be ordering again!!

I am so disappointed by the woman who give the orders at the door. I am doing the uber eats and she is so disrespectful. It's been 3 times I went there and those 3 times I have to cancel the orders. I will never again accept orders from lucky 7 . Maybe the food tastes good or not , I have never tried and I will never try the food. The customer service is terrible. Nobody needs a bachelor's degree to give a customer enough respect.

I ordered two items to pick up. Sesame chicken and mu shu pork. Only way to order is on their website. When I picked up our food, some guy with no mask on sticks his head out the door and says, "name". I told him, he plops the bag on the table outside the door and closes it Very quickly. Very little pork in the mu shu and chicken was mostly breading. It really pissed me off when I found out AFTER they charged my credit card I had paid them a tip. All in all; Poor quality food Poor tasting food Deceptive tipping practices Place looks very dirty Shady workers

I ordered from here for the first time because it looked interesting and had a 4.6 star rating in Postmates. It was definitely not a good experience. It cost me about $55 for a dish, two appetizers and some wonton soup. The wonton soup barely had any filling in them. My dish was supposed to be thai chicken basil, but had zero basil in it. The appetizers were a hit or miss and the pork ribs were not ribs, but rather tough or un chewable pieces of meat. I would never order from this place again!!!

The food was just ok. I ordered online so i can't speak to the customer service.I would eat here again.

Food arrived quick and everything was delicious.

DISGUSTING food! The chicken wings had feathers or hairs, still on them, smelled and looked like they were deep-fried yesterday. Covered in thick old lard.I'd be surprised if this is a safe place to get food from.,I would've liked not having to write this review. But I must.

Good food and fast service
