The staff is always incredibly kind and makes shopping for me and our two little girls so enjoyable! They always look forward to seeing the friendly faces behind the Pick and Prep counter who consistently ensure that there is a piece of fruit for them to enjoy :) In addition, the easter egg hunt that we did there this morning made my girls' day! Everyone was so compassionate and sweet. Thank you for making us feel like such a part of this community!....and having a wonderful selection of food/products in a store that is always so well organized and clean! Thank you!!
The store is much like any other Lowe's. The staff is a mixed bag. As someone who is concerned about COVID, I generally don't go into the store, but the bakery clerk/cake decorator has always worn a mesh mask since the store opened. I have found the deli clerks to be very friendly and helpful.I tried Lowes foods to go to avoid the mask issue, but even then the associate came out with their mask on their chin.
The store itself is pretty much like any other grocery store honestly. Won't be going back to this store though because Cherie does not have any customer service skills. She is extremely rude to both customers and employees. There are plenty of other grocery stores in the area with better customer service.
For the most part I love this store. With one exception. CHERIE. She berated an employee over pricing. It isn't the cashier's fault when items are not entered into the system correctly! Little Cherie got an attitude with me as well when I told her she needs to learn customer service and how to treat her employees with RESPECT! The employee was an older woman with glasses, and sweet as can be. SHE is what customer service is about. Others could learn from her. Including Cherie, I wouldn't be surprised if she is why people quit, because if she was that disrespectful to me as a customer, and as an employee on a daily basis? I'd knock her teeth in.
Feel like I was fooled with the advertisement of Lowe's cooking our Holiday Dinner for us. Just got home with frozen solid sides and an uncooked Ham. I spent $80 for something that I could have walked into the store and just bought myself for much cheaper. Now I'm headed to Publix to buy everything I need to cook a family dinner.
I love this grocery store! It's all brand new and laid out perfectly. Half price beer and wine on Thursdays along with half price subs! Can't beat it. Plus Lowes store brand is awesome.
First time I was at this location. Went for cold cuts what I liked they had a sign with the different thicknesses, which makes life so much easier. When checking out the people couldn't be more helpful. Will return.
Review requested: There are a handful of grocery options in Wake Co. Price, service and cleanliness are strong considerations for ratings. For me, the bar is currently set by Publix for their exceptional customer service. Anything less than in comparison cannot get 5 stars. The first time I was in Lowe’s at self checkout, an employee watched me like a hawk. No greeting or smile; just 3 feet away over my shoulder. I felt unsettled as I left.
What a beautiful cake the Lowe’s bakery made for my daughter’s birthday. I filled the form at store and called to confirm the requirements over phone. They did awesome work., it was more beautiful in person than I expected. It tasted as good as it looked ! Thanks a ton !
We are lucky to live so close to so many great grocery stores including Whole foods and Wegmans. However this particular Lowes is outstanding and it's our go to for anything. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Always smile. Store is clean and organized. Amazing selection of prepared foods. Fantastic beer garden, coffee and smoothie bar. We are so grateful to have this store nearby.
