This Lidl over on 55 in West Cary is the best run Lidl store in the area.
I usually always give a Lidl 5 stars, unless the service is really bad, which it never has been. This location was hoping for more bakery options (cheese danish for instance) but could've been sold out by lunchtime when I got there.
Self check out is not accepting mylidl qr code and phone number. Employees also can not help on this. This is ridiculous.
Wonderful bakery selection, fresh produce, great prices, wide aisles, great location, clean store, quick checkout. We will definitely visit again.

Like any other locations this place has pretty much the same brands, but definitely lacking good customer service at this location.
I am not the biggest fan of lidl. They have good sales and decent alcohol. I just prefer other sites in this area.

Firstly ,I really appreciate my experiences in Lidl till yesterday afternoon.I really want to give a feedback about my horrible experience today.It starts to happen since yesterday. The items Price marked on the shelf was different when I checked out yesterday morning. Yes, I found this mistake after I had already paid them. So I came back to the store. And the cashier went to check the price ,and then told me that she was sorry about that but I was right.She told me that she would like to return the two items and then corrected the exact price for me. However, I was packing my kitchen after my dinner and yesterday evening, I suddenly found that she just returned one of them and then checked out two items.I felt very disappointed. That means I have to come back to the store AGAIN.So I brought all the receipts and the two items to the store Again today. But it is going So terrible.The manager who called David is not professional to solve this problem. He has exactly very bad attitude to try to explain this issue. But I just saw his RUDENESS, IMPATIENCE and unprofessional service ability.It's not my fault, but I have to pay time and energy for their unprofessional conduct.The manager exactly did not feel a little bit sorry, he actually disappeared even my issue has not solved yet.I was so shocked and very furious about this horrible experience today.
Nice and generally clean. Lots of things to choose from. Need to get here early in the day for bread and other goodies though.
