Just went to Lidl for my first time and was blown away by the service! I was looking for Irish butter cream and this very helpful and nice young man with a mullet, Matt I believe, very charismatically helped me find what I was looking for! I will be coming back for all my grocery needs!
Excellent bread quality and choices. Even very good bretzels. High quality foods for great price. We go there very frequently now.
Has a huge assortment of groceries, cheeses, bread and meat. Fresh flower selection is impressive.
I’ve been shopping here for almost a year. Good sales and very professional staff However today I’ve had the worst experience with an incompetent arrogant smart mouthing woman who was remiss in her duties as a cashier and then started criticizing the customer. She gave me all kinds of excuses and all of them were so discombobulated. For example When I asked to help me with my groceries she complained she’s worried about covid I explained I’m fully vaccinated and boosted. She said she is not. A She checks out a hundred people each day but worries only when asked to help return the items because she forgot to prompt me to insert my phone number for the sale prices B what kind of idiot worries about covid but is not vaccinated 18 months after the vaccine is available ? Then instead of apologizing for her incompetence she claimed that all cashiers do the same thing. No madam. You may never remind your customers but everyone else does. And they are all very courteous and helpful with people who have health problems and need their help. But one rotten apple can spoil the whole barrelSo sorry Lidl but the enticing sales are not going to compensate me for this unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. There’s an ALDI just around the corner with very similar overall offers and excellent customer service.
I love the store and the products. Was a bit disappointed with the employees. Having asked for help a couple times, it was obvious that they were being inconvenienced. The weekly flyer advertised items on sale, but several items weren't available. The staff had no idea where to look and just said we didn't receive them. They weren't very helpful and claimed they just got there and weren't up on what they had yet.
I went to the store to do some shopping and I was then talking to my friend on the phone, I was proud of the bakery there and I told him what was there, because he had never visited the place, I took some pictures of the products for him, because he was very excited to see it, then suddenly a worker came to me saying that Photography is not allowed, I tried to explain the situation , that I did not photograph people or workers, I photographed in a positive sense, I only took some pictures of the bakery, in another way I do free advertising for your store, I do not violate the sanctity of the store or people, she said that it is not allowed.I regret it very much.
I honestly have no complaints about lidl, in this economy and with food prices going up, lidl is a God send, they are not sacrificing quality when it comes to food, they are just using a smarter way of doing things to make things more affordable for all, like the store layout, bring your own shopping bags etc, love this place!
I love this place! Lucky there is a location near my biking area. They have their own bakery section near entrance, store is bright and clean. Only thing I hope is they can carry bread flour in the store.
Nice store and very clean
BE CAREFUL. The prices are SUSPICIOUS :-( !Yesterday I've bought 4 bottles of wine with the average price $7 per bottle. At home I found in my receipt wine for $14.99 (North Wind caberne Sauvignon). Do you see North Wind CS bottle on this picture? My total was more than $230 for groceries. Price for the bacon wasn't correct too. Because a cashier didn't ask me about Lidl app or phone number I've paid $8.48I also have double price for the egg rolls. I've bought just one pack to try but in my receipt it was two.More than $20 in total is my lost. Don't call it "suspicious". It's scam. ;-)
