Great place with additions to menu and good staff. I have been going here for 4 years or so and is great for high school kids and adults alike.
You pay in full. You tip, You ask to split a drink so your kid can share and they want to charge you 50 cents and bring you back all the way to the register. Super cheap operation. Next time take it from the tip.
I’m glad KFT opened in Raleigh. I’m growing to like their lactose free base, which I didn’t initially. Because they are a global brand, KFT is able to introduce new flavors much quicker than other boba shops in the area. I like their slush options the most

This place is amazing.. this is our first time coming to this bubble tea restaurant and it was awesome..They did a really good drinks we order 4 kind of them and me and my kids love it and the stuff is amazing and the cashier her name is teen she was awesome awesome so polite and she had a kind heart helped us a lot also the manager his name is Nina he was awesome he's a really good manager and help my daughterAlso it was our first time and we got one that we didn't really like and they let us switch it ...really highly recommended this place and will back here every weekend

This location has numerous parking and dining options nearby. I enjoy coming here late night for boba after dinner at Miso Ramen next door, and the employees are always incredibly kind.The first couple of times I had a little trouble choosing what drink to order (the menu is extensive and customizations are almost limitless), but the employees took the time to walk me through the options and recommend personal favorites.After numerous trips (probably too many if I'm being honest haha), I can comfortably say that I am an expert in menu options! Some favorites are the taro green tea with 50% sugar, the mango green tea with mango popping bubbles, the strawberry milk slush, and the original cocoa cream wow.The ingredients taste better quality than many other boba stores in the area, and the interior is always bright and cheery. There is no inside seating at the moment, but there're multiple tables outside that are always open.The interior is clean and cheery, and incredibly Covid conscious. I've seen employees cleaning counters and washing hands multiple times during visits, and are always wearing masks.During the weekdays, especially when I'm in a rush, I prefer to order online. The drinks are always ready when I arrive, and are conveniently placed in bags with straws so I can just grab and go. On the weekends, unfortunately the app is closed, but service is still efficient and personable even when the line is extending out the door.Overall, a perfect experience with every visit!
