Consistent quality subs and good service at this location. I visit about once a week, preferring this location over another one that’s a little closer to my house. Only once was I concerned about the cleanliness behind the counter, so I’m deducting a star.
Careful ordering online here. I’ve had to wait over an hour to get a pick-up order completed. Food is always great and the staff is friendly, but for some reason online tickets aren’t thrown in the que like the rest of in person orders. Might want to just go inside, order, and wait like the old days before apps.
Was waiting on my phone to be repaired and JJ was next door so I decided to try one of their subs. It was good but chips with the combo not so

DO NOT GET DELIVERY!Placed a 1 mile away order for our family, it’s been over an hour and we still do not have our food. We called the store multiple times and they just said that our food was made (45 minutes ago….so there goes the freshness) and they’re just waiting for the delivery driver to come get it. If they told us it would be this long, we wouldn’t have even ordered.Update: an hour and a half total, had to just call and cancel the order. Fortunately they were able to cancel and refund over the phone
I ordered a vito and when I got home (30 mins away) there was no meat or cheese just Lettuce. I called to speak to someone and was told they would call me back.... nobody did. Filled out customer survey and still nothing. I understand being short staffed but at least they could of made it right.
Walked in and walked right back out. Customer service is horrible especially for people of color. Jimmy johns just lost a customer for good.
Another employee berated the guy serving me because I asked for replacement to ranch.... Guy helping me was great.
Okay...I love Jimmy Johns. Tonight? I had just gotten off work to grab some food for the house. I know they close at 9. I called 30 minutes earlier so they would have my order ready...it was ready, but when I pulled in to parking I could see these guy VISIBLY upset that someone pulled in front of Jimmy Johns...SMH. I went in and it seemed like a relief that I had called before. But still? What's going on? You get off at 9? You get paid to do this. If you don't want to do it, QUIT! NOT ONLY THAT my sandwich was flat. One slice of turkey and gross lettuce that's been out, what? All day...I see the reviews and I know I'm not the only one. It may have been late, but you weren't closed.You're losing business by the behaviors of your employees and I may sound over the top or a "karen" but it won't turn out well the way these results/reviews sound. Paid 40$ for 4 pieces of bread a couple of pickles, a 2 slices of turkey. Have fun everyone! And we though Subway was bad. HA JJs is aJOKE!
More like freaky slow am I right fellas? Took around 40 mins for my two sandwich pickup to be ready and the tracker wasn’t even updated 50 mins later. I worked at the largest delivery radius for a JJ in the country and we had never taken that long to fulfill any orders no matter what size or what time of day. Still tastes amazing though :/
