Best sandwiches every time. Very friendly staff always.
For me it was just a regular sandwich. Nothing special on it. I expected it to be at least warm
You know a place is understaffed and poorly managed when your order takes longer than 70 minutes to arrive, regardless of whether it’s peak time or not. This location is consistently subpar compared to other JJ locations with delivery times, customer service, and order accuracy. Unless you are going into the shop to order or have the foresight to order delivery more than an hour before you’re ready to eat, steer clear of this location.
NO MASKS ON WORKERS HANDLING FOOD! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ON THE INSIDE. RUDE WORKERS. Sticky tables with food still on them. Floors were filthy. Looked in the restroom and immediately shut the door. So dirty and clearly had not been cleaned all day. When I mentioned to the staff that they should be masked while making food they became hostile and raised their voices in front of my young daughter. We went to kilwins next door for a treat (since we were grossed out by our wasted $15 in subs) and the workers there mentioned “this happens there all the time” and said that it’s been an ongoing issue at that particular location. I don’t care about the anti-maskers lashing at this. I care about our community and want this pandemic to end. It’s clear this place is run by people who don’t care about COVID safety AT ALL.
Employee lied about have day old bread . He had a bag full ready to take home. I use to work at jimmy so i know how day olds look.
My job is close to JJs and we order here multiple times per week. Today, I accidentally forgot to finalize my mobile order. I was about to be done with my lunch break, so I called them and asked where my food was at. Upon realizing the fact that I hadn’t put in the order, they just asked me to send it through, and then I had my meal delivered within 10 minutes of starting the phone call. JJs came in clutch today and I’ll keep comin to this location specifically
I prefer the Jimmy Johns off Maynard road in Cary. The cashiers here are quite rude and get upset if you don't thank them for taking your order. This JJ is closer to my house but I will drive a little more to eat at the one near downtown Cary.Update (8/22/21)- no greeting at all when I came in the store and no thank you have a nice day after I placed the order. Made me very angry ? but I managed to keep my cool ?. Unfortunately this is more and more the case with unhappy employees in fast food. Second star ⭐️ for tasty sandwiches and a correct order but terrible customer service!
Poor customer service. I came in and was the only customer in the store, I stood at the register for about 2-3 mins but the 3 guys at the front counter ignored me. They looked at me a few times and just kept doing whatever they were doing. Right as I was about to walk out someone came from the back and take my order. I don't mind having to wait but it's very rude not to acknowledge your customers and know you'll help them in a few moments.
Very unfriendly and slimmest sandwich with minimal lettuce 3 jalepeno and 2 single rings of onions n it took him over 15 min to make
First let me say Sabrina’s customer service was excellent!! I was greeted by Sabrina when I arrived. She let me know she would be with me in a few minutes. Her co-worker Jake came from the back and she asked him to help us. His response was “When I get done doing what I am doing”. He then proceeded to the back came up front and looked around and pulled some bread out and then walked to the other side ignoring us completely. Sabrina came back and helped me with my order while Jake decided to start chatting with his co-worker. Thank you Sabrina for your excellent customer service! Jake needs to take some lessons from you.
