The application for sandwich makers at jimmy Johns must say beards required ,every jimmy john locations I've been too has guys with beards making my sandwich I don't find that appetizing ,I will not spend my money on a sandwich that possibly has some guys over grown facial hair in it come on guys at jimmy John's you serve food I just spent 11.26 on a sandwich I can't eat
Decent subs, meats are fresher than Subway and there are more choices. A bit pricey for a sub but it was good.
Over an hour for delivery every time.Re: the response, I do not think this is going to be resolved anytime soon. You can look at the multitude of reviews for this location saying the same thing. I have submitted complaints before, but this location still underperforms on any semblance of delivery or prep speed. They also typically leave off at least one ingredient or item on every single order.
Food wise, this is a very typical jimmy johns- the consistent 30 minute wait for a sandwich however….
This is so good that I literally stayed there for hours. This is the best place to get your favorite sandwich, like omg.
The BLT on French baguette is very good!! I ordered online via the mobile app and it was ready when I got to the restaurant to pick it up. Join their rewards program and you can get a free sub for your birthday.
The only thing freaky fast about this Jimmy Johns is how freaky fast you'll be disappointed. I was waiting for my pick up order for 30 minutes after they allowed me to schedule it for. No one seemed to know what was going on and no one advised me that i had to pick my chips, drink, and cookie.
Fast service. Delicious and fresh.
they let drivers add tips if you don't completely mark out the tip line. Overheard a driver say he makes 80 to 100$ a day by using his managers pin to change mileage and add tips to no tip deliveries.
Theft is still theft no matter how small and seemingly insignificant. Paid 1.98 plus tax for extra cheese to receive via delivery a sandwich with NO cheese. Not even the regular amount of cheese - NO cheese. Seems harmless, right? I foolishly thought so, too, at first. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this location ordering online. They’re more than happy to TAKE the money for the extra cheese each and every time but fail to put it on the sandwich - completely OMIT it. I let it slide before thinking it that maybe it WAS a harmless yet oddly coincidental error but now it’s just a downright pattern of theft. Here’s the kicker: Do that to a bunch of orders and that’s quite the profit stolen. Shameful. Already left feedback at JJFeedback, but sharing my experience here as well.UPDATE: Manager Efrain reached out to me offering a gift card or store credit for my “sandwich made incorrectly.” I appreciated his quick response however I informed Efrain that it will no longer be necessary since I will no longer be patronizing this location. I encouraged Efrain to understand why just an add on really adds up negatively in the eyes of the consumers - consistency in the error was key, here. I’ll be checking out other locations of JJs because the chain itself is great. Unfortunately my experiences with this particular location has not been.
