THIS IS AN IMPORTANT WANING!!. I ordered pizza here on April 3, 2022. The time they delivered to me was 1 and a half hours, but I don't care about that. Everything was fine until I found out my card was restricted, I went to the bank and they said my card was used by a stranger, and they were at Jet Pizza, even the tip I gave to the uber is also not accepted, if the bank didn't close my card I would have lost all my money. I don't know if this is done by the staff, or the management, but this is completely unacceptable, so I advise everyone not to order here!!
Pizza is good...just make to tell them what crust you like when you order over phone. If you won't tell them, they assume you want their square deep dish pizza. They won't ask the question 'which crust you would like?', you need to remember specifically telling them your choice.
Good Pizza, sorry customer service and experience. Ordered and paid with credit card for pickup. Upon arriving I was told I needed to pay in cash bc credit card machine was down. I showed my receipt that was emailed, but they wouldn’t give me my pizza. After pulling up my credit card app to show payment was being processed and wanting to speak to owner I was given my pizza. I was so upset that it ruined my lunch. I gave it another shot and had some good orders. Tonight, on a Friday, online ordering was active. I placed my order and then was told I couldn’t pay with my credit card online?? Essentially option online was open but it wasn’t bc they couldn’t take payment. I then tried to text my order. I placed order in text as instructed and then it replied text ordering wasn’t available. The website is trying to promote this medium and it wasn’t taking text orders on Friday night. I’m not sure if it is a coincidence that a corporate promotion is offering 20percenf off for orders that are texted. The pizza is excellent. The customer experience is awful and sadly I can’t continue eating there. I would consider trying it again at another location under different ownership.
Best pizza place in the triangle!! Such a hard working and friendly staff. Even though they're always really busy they always give me the best product!
If you can time to wait 2x the estimated time for pick up, this is the pizza place for you. Moral I should remember after multiple attempts here: supporting a fully local shop with better pizza, even with a wait is worth it…my bad.
Go here just for ranch. Mostly friendly interactions. Greeting could use some excitement and welcoming.
So delicious! Texted to order and was super quick! All of the employees were quick and very friendly. Will be coming back! 10/10
Pizza was burnt had terrible taste, and to top it off there was a long hair in it, nothing but kids working in there.Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Ok. This is good stuff. I had a regular NY large cheese pizza. Ate the whole thing at once. Wait time was good, only 15 mins like they said when I asked. Service was nice and helped me through the menu.
