Literally out of bread. Came back an hour later per the instructions of the employees, because this is what my kids wanted for dinner.... Still had to wait over thirty minutes

Very disappointed today and will no longer patronize this location. When this location was a local franchise the customer service and attention to detail (meaning orders were always right and sandwiches delicious) was 100% 5+ star rating. However since it is now a corporate run store orders are rarely right. Today was the final straw. Ordered in person just 1 giant hot sandwich. The wait was 45 minutes AND when we arrived home we found the hot sandwich was sloppily assembled and was incorrect. If the manager actually reads this, the ticket # is 74915. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because 1 of the crew members working today is from the crew when this was a local franchise owned and operated. Sadly we will no longer patronize this location.
Unless you’ve got all day, just go to the Publix deli. Or grow, harvest, and prepare your own sandwich. It’ll be quicker. Lost my sandwich order to top it off.

Ordered online...website says it takes them almost 1 hour to make 4 sandwiches. Got there and they weren't done, watched as about 20 walk-ins got served and my order hadn't been started. Finally I said something 10 mins after the estimated completion time had passed. So they were over 10 mins late on an order for 4 sandwiches that were ordered an hour in advance. Taking my business elsewhere.
Fast service even with limited staff. Had gluten free bread so that's a plus in my book. Food was good and had a high sanitation rating.
