Site constantly closes early (I have tried to visit multiple times). This time I got there 30min before closing and was refused service. I walked in the open door and the employee said he would not serve me. I didn't press the matter because I assumed the employee would spit in my sub. I would strongly doubt the sanitation routines of workers that behave like this. I will never return and risk getting sick. Go to another, better run franchise like the one on Davis Drive in Morrisville. It is worth the extra drive. You will notice that I am far from the only person that has had this experience and doubts about this location.

I still can't get used to pre-cut meat rolled up in plastic. Does subway ship their meat in plastic rollups with no expiration date? How appealing: just unroll, and press the undated meat into a sub roll. With Jersey Mike's the meat is cut right in front of your eyes. What a novel idea? Staff seemed utterly annoyed I walked through the door last night. I asked for a warm sub 15 minutes before closing and employee stated that the grill was closed. Although, there are two employees and it’s 15 minutes until closing because it’s been clean I can understand this. However, when I asked if there is Italian bread employee, smirks and points at menu without answering question. I will not spend my money at Parkside Commons location.
First time ever at a Jersey Mike’s, Employees were super friendly and helpful with suggestions. Will definitely be coming back.
Fresh sliced meats and cheese make this the best Italian sub I've ever had. Customer service is friendly and professional. I will definitely stick with Jersey Mike's.
My fiancé and I were rudely turned away this evening at this location by the staff members, it was 8:10 when we walked in the door (they didn't close till 9p.m,) When we walked through the door the girl at the cash register gave us an unsettling glare and the guy cutting lunch meat rolled his eyes and sighed , I asked them if they wanted us to leave since they looked to be very bothered by us walking into the store we just wanted to take a sub to go, the man rudely said yes since they hadn't had a customer in an hour they were cleaning up and going home early. I do not work in the food service industry, but I do work in an industry that does serve the public and there was so many different directions that could have gone in, very unprofessional guys and gals!!!
One of the employees was having an attitude with me when I was just asking questions because it was my first time getting a sub. And asked me to place my card in for the second time ? Even though it went through. My sister a few months ago also had a problem with the very same location as this one. But one the employees was nice other one not so much. Possibly not the worst sandwich I’ve ever had, but undoubtedly the worst excuse for a cheesesteak sandwich I’ve ever even heard of. I actually had a better cheesesteak in Iraq during the war.Ordered a regular size sandwich and all the steak was at one end of the roll. The cheese was in clumps. Barely any onions at all. The best part of this sandwich was the paper it was wrapped in.
I love Jersey Mike's the subs are so fresh everyone is always friendly
