Horrendous experience. We placed a catering order for pickup before my son's birthday party. When we arrived, the store had a paper sign saying Closed (during business hours). No call to give a heads up, nothing. We had to find another food option for 20 people on the fly. What a horribly run business. Best everyone head to the one on Cary Towne BLVD. This one shouldn't be in business at all.
Sanitation score of 90 is appalling.You start with a 105. It's a sandwich place. How hard is it to keep a sandwich line clean? Think twice before you dine in here. 90 is not a good score. Waited 40 minutes and watched a dozen customers receieve their sub. Beyond slow and terrible. Our order was lost. Every table nasty with crumbs and smears all over them. Will never return. Bathroom dirty. Ac not working upon arrival. Don't waste your time.
Great subs blow that other place away. They’re extremely generous with the meats, puts Arbys to shame. And love those little hot peppers. Lite my mouth up like fine wine.

I HAVE to leave this review. This is by far the best Jerseymikes I’ve been to. There’s a manager there named Trey who always strives to have a conversation with my family each time we dine in. He is fast and efficient and love the customer service at this location. We usually come after my sons sports game and it’s busy but the line is moved along quickly every time. Food is GREAT. The manager there always seems to have everything under control.
Came in expecting to order a meatball sub. Found out it got taken off the menu. Ok. Fine. Ordered the original Italian instead. They cut the bread where it doesn't hinge on one side, making the whole thing harder to eat. Ok...sure. whatever. They ask if I want it mike's way. I say sure - all that, but just not the vinegar. The girl at the counter drops enough lettuce on it to turn it into a salad. And then enough oil to turn it into a small scale model of the BP gulf oil spill. Then they try to throw every pepper on there they can. I'm just flabbergasted watching this at this point wondering if they changed "Mikes Way" but manage to stop them before the jalapenos were thrown on too. I walked away with a bulging, oily mess made by people who seem to have never even seen what a sub is supposed to look like. Went home and ate a quarter of it before the mess fell apart in my hands and I just ended up throwing the rest away. I get it now. I should've gone to Jimmy John's. I do NOT recommend this place.
Young kid at the grill ....take it easy on the oil man. Overall ill come back if work brings me. Guy behind the counter that seemed to be man in charge handled the place well while I was there.
The sandwich was tasty. I would definitely go there again.
I HAVE BEEN TO JERSEY MIKE IN ROANOKE RAPIDS NC AND CARY NC. OUR SUBS WERE DELICIOUS. JUICY ,AND GREAT ll THE TIME. ALSO ALWAYS VERY VERY CLEAN..WE BOUGHT 6 STEAK AND CHICKEN PHILLYS LAST NIGHT
Jersey Mike's is always good and has the best subs with a good amount of meat in the sandwich. Just a bit expensive for what it is.
