Decent chain-restaurant food. The Rueben is pretty tasty, but could stand a bit more meat. The soups are usually good too. Docked a star because the ice cream machine was broken the last couple visits. My buddy always wants to go here, and I could take it or leave, but his favorite thing is the ice cream machine so he was a little peeved. The last visit we saw it was still broken so we just turned around and went somewhere else.
This was my first experience at this location, unfortunately it will be my last. We visited at a busy time of the day, but it was unbelievably slow for having 6 workers. The unfriendly faces and attitudes pushed the experience below desirable. We need to move past the "at least they showed up" mentality when it comes to employees. Do better.
Jason's Deli fulfilled a large catering order for us on short notice--available on time (actually early), delicious, and everyone enjoyed. Especially right now where availability and staffing are tight, I really appreciate businesses that go above and beyond for their clients!
Food was out of this world good!! It was my 1st time there. It was very busy but the line moved fast. I ordered the club sandwich, and the chicken bacon ranch potato? ? ? ? which is huge by the way. The Hibiscus Tea was wonderful. I didn't know they had a salad bar would have ordered that too lol.
Spouse and I went yesterday around 6:30ish pm. Ordered a 1/2 Club Royale (which had Burnt Bread) with Chips and the "Salmonwich" with Gumbo; we each got the fruit. We had to return the burnt one to make it Edible and waited Patiently for it. We thought that was the end of it. THEN we noticed the Fruit: Would You eat these Strawberries?? We Both lost our Appetites in a Hurry and we At Least thought to Get a Picture there at the table before we left the Rest of our Meals. UNBELIEVABLE?. It's getting Harder and Harder trying to support Local Businesses when we, ourselves, feel the financial pinch and can't Really Afford to Waste it on Pathetically Substandard Service and Total Lack of Quality. Went home and Had to Eat there, Anyway...Just Not Worth It.
I would not come back here. Stopped by Sunday to grab a plain turkey sandwich with ANY sauce. I have an allergy so I just needed someone (anyone) to help with ingredients. The cashier was friendly but not helpful and called the manager over to help. I thought the manager was helping but then he started making sandwiches. In the meantime, a line is backing up behind me. After a few attempts trying to find an answer, I gave up and went to a different restaurant. They were busy and I just could not get an answer from the cashier. Very disappointing service. The manager did apoligize but didn't really do anything to fix the problem.
Extensive menu. Fast service. Order at counter, food brought to table as we were sitting. I had sandwich, friend had salad. Both were delicious. I shall go back.
Great food, great customer service, great restaurant!
I have eaten here for years and I have noticed a consistent decline in the quality of the facility. I hope they can return to the quality standards that they once had so this I can continue to enjoy this restaurant.
Every time I order blue chips with salsa I get a pile of broken up chips from the bottom of the bag. Please pay better attention. Thanks.
