I really wish I could give less than one star. This was by far the worst breakfast food I’ve ever had!!! My omelette was undercooked, leaving a gritty texture in the middle accompanied by a rather funny taste. Meanwhile my pancakes were very overcooked, resulting in a dry and unsavory bread patty that couldn’t even be salvaged with extra syrup. Restaurant definitely needs to look into their kitchen staff and procedures as this is my second time out of two visits where my food was unsatisfactory, although this time was a MUCH worse experience. As much as I love iHOP, sadly I doubt if I’ll ever eat at this location again
I wasn't particularly excited when someone recommended going to IHOP for a late breakfast, but this time around I was really impressed with the service and the food. The interior had been renovated, so the atmosphere was certainly better than what I remembered at this location. The service, too, was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I thought it was just our server, but I could sense similar friendly service from the other tables' servers too. The food, despite the haphazard presentation, was really tasty! I had the French toast combo and left the restaurant full, but not stuffed. And the coffee was certainly hitting the spot - tasty and hot. If you're looking for an easy-going atmosphere, tasty breakfast/brunchy foods that won't break the wallet, check it out!
Really enjoyed this place. Great service, friendly, excellent food, fair prices. Old times atmosphere with booths and friendly staff. It was a change from the trendy McDonald's, somewhere to bring a friend have a cup of coffee and start the day out right. ? ?
Super Disappointed…!!Had no option to give zero ratings.I had the worst ever omlette i have ever had.I ordered a take away spinach and mushroom omlette. There was water floating in the box, plus my egg was literally fried in oil and over cooked..I never had that bad experience with omlette in my whole life.
I have never been treated worse by an establishment. I asked for no cheese on top of my omelette and when I let them know there was cheese on top the manager told me that was not what I asked for and didn’t even offer to remake it. She then proceeded to say that I was saying her employees were liars. We eat here a lot but I’ll never go back.
I give one star because zero is not possible. We barely saw our server Colton. My wife's meal was completely wrong (eggs undercooked, pancakes instead of french toast.) As we did not see Colton again, I went to find someone to address this situation. While waiting for our server to return, two wait staff verbally argued about who's tables were who's in front of all the patrons.I found who I thought was a kitchen worker (who turned out to be the manager David) and he sent Colton to us. When informed the order was completely wrong, he brought toast with a very light and uncooked egg wash and overcooked eggs. Needless to say, she did not have dinner. When the bill came, her meal was charged. To avoid a scene, I paid the bill provided and was not provided my financial card back, which I had to again to the kitchen to request.This restaurant is normally a family favorite with very good service and excellent food. The second-string team they had scheduled then completely missed the mark.

We do not usually go to IHOP because, its have never been one of my favorites.My wife likes it once in awhile, but let me tell you this place was not like the others.They were incredible as if I went to a Michelin Star Restaurant, and we were the main guest.The people were awesome. I ask our server what her name was. Then throughout this busy day I can not remember and wanted so much to give her Kudos. I think her national origin may have been Filipino, but no sure.We had many substitutes in our order. Such as extra butter, hot sauce extra napkins, chicken instead of beef......When our order was brought she did not miss anything.I have been to many Restaurants, yet for this server not to miss all we threw at her.She was great!I did not meet the cook I should have asked to meet him or her because the food was phenomenal.I order the Pablano Omelette chicken instead of beef.My wife ordered the Waffle combo.When leaving all the restaurant workers in the front of the house had to say bye!The service was addicting and the food also!I will be back to this IHOP!I do think my server needs a raise!She absolutely deserved the tip I gave her even more!Thank you IHOP for changing my mind about you!
Got seated immediately. Facility was very busy. My order was taken shortly after being seated. Took a while to be served but not unexpected given the exceptional number of customers. The food was the usual IHOP satisfactory fare.
