Best takeout Chinese food in the triangle. Better than most if not all Chinese food restaurants that offer dining in. Glad I found this place, will be my go-to for Chinese food from now on. Really good prices too.
It was not the worst I'veever had but definitely not the best, I will never order from there again. The crab Rangoon had a bitter chemically taste to it. No one liked them, and they are normally a family favorite. And they were very stingy with the sweet and sour sauce. There was definitely not enough for the food. The chicken and rice soup was very bland. Should rename it rice in hot water with a piece of chicken.
I have supported this family owned business for years. Due to the fact that their food was good, I overlooked the consistent rudeness from the dad who cooks, but sometimes answers the phone. He will often speak to you as if you’re getting on his nerves. I would call in hopes that his son would answer the phone bc he’s friendly. What has made me rate them a 1 star is bc they will mess up your order, admit they are wrong- but REFUSE to remake it correctly or give a refund! The dad which is the “manager” is lacking customer service skills in a major way!! I told him he needed to understand that customers order and pay with expectations that their order will be made correctly! I understand everyone makes mistakes, but expect them to be fixed! He refuses to comply with that simple service and I’ve spent too much money supporting them for him to continuously mess up my order that I’ve been ordering the same for years! Completely done with this place! Good food, horrible service! Just know if they mess up, they don’t care and will dismiss you as if you didn’t just pay them! How can you serve me vegetable mei fun with NO VEGETABLES?!? Repeatedly at that, admit it then say oh well?! Never again!
Giving an extra star because customer service was friendly, however the food was not good. It was prepared in a reasonable amount of time but it was so bland that I didn’t finish it. I appreciate the welcoming environment, but I will not be back due to the quality of the food.
The absolute worst take out food I've had possibly ever. I love General Tso's chicken and this was unedible. Half of it was just fried breading and enough salt to kill a herd of elephants. I would normally call and speak to the manager, but the man there barely would speak when I was ordering. Didn't give me a number or a time to pick the order up. $30 dollars in the trash.. I wouldn't go back if they gave me 30 dollars to eat there.
30 minutes they said. Been 50 and zero sign of my food. There’s a bunch of people that have been waiting even before me.I get it’s busy but no one is coming out with food. Take less orders or get more help.
I so badly want to give this place 5 stars, but this was the 3rd time we were quoted 30 mins and after over 1 hr they still hadn't STARTED the order. When you can get your order in a timely manner, the food is killer, so if you don't mind an exceptionally long wait, then go for it!
Best tasting general tso around but recently bought 2 orders and both had crispy chicken to the point it was hard to eat. We threw it away and didn't save leftovers as usual
