I’ve been here twice and the flavors the second time were delicious!I had three types of custard: Lemon Custard with raspberries, brownie sundae and chocolate sundae, and I loved each one of them.Love the ‘late night drive to have custard in summer’ vibe.

Goodberry's has the creamiest and tastiest milkshakes in North Carolina. Most of the times when I have a milkshake here, they are so thick and hard to drink, and while that's not always a bad thing, Goodberry's offers a very refreshing shake away from that norm, with intense flavor and delicious toppings. Try vanilla with Kit Kats, or a plain Cookie Dough and M&Ms if it's their daily flavor.

Love this location! Been eating Goodberrys since I was a baby in my mommy’s belly! The absolute best!

Great selections of diet busting ICECREAM toppings at a really great price. Friendly helpful order taker allowed me to sample and pick my favorite flavor items. Nice shaded outdoor patio area, clean and well maintained.

Very difficult to choose one from the menu as everything is so delicious here :) super friendly staff!!

Unprofessional service. When the first item was presented, it was a larger size than we ordered, so I kindly asked to confirm if it was ours. The girl said with a distinct attitude, “if it’s part of your order then it is.” I said that I was asking since we ordered a smaller size, and she said, “we’re out of mini cups so we’re using a larger size.” Then why not simply state that professionally in the beginning and avoid the attitude and unprofessional service? When we asked for her name, she yelled “Abigail” implying that she could care less if we report her poor service. There was another team member who would stop to check her phone every few minutes while serving. Just overall poor and uncaring service.

Have been coming to this location for years, almost no problems until tonight (3/31/22). Very unfriendly worker--young girl, brown hair with braids, no mask--was very obviously frustrated/angry and took it out on customers.I work in food service myself, and I understand the frustration of a very busy night. However this employee's attitude and hostile behavior towards customers was very unwelcoming and even left a few of us at a loss for words. I had ordered a couple cups of ice cream to-go, and they were served without a lid or bag. No problem, I patiently waited by the window to quickly and politely ask for my order to-go. This employee comes to the window with another order, a cone, and starts SCREAMING the order out. After only a few seconds, she screams it again and again, raising her voice to the point where everybody waiting for their order was startled and frightened. She starts banging her fist on the counter while screaming, too. The customer comes to collect their cone and she turns to my order and screams it in my face, and I ask her for it to go. She rolls her eyes, throws her hands up, and stomps toward their supply area and THROWS two lids towards the pickup window. No bag, no extra spoons. Then storms off to the front of the store. Customers are put in an uncomfortable and/or bad mood. I left feeling upset.I get it, you're a student and you're suddenly bombarded with a hoard of people who want their orders. I've been there. It's frustrating. However, it's completely inappropriate to be yelling at customers with attitude because you're having a rough night. I hope this employee has a conversation with management about how she handles her frustration and how not to take it out on customers in the future.

Goodberry's always makes good frozen custard treats, and they have an excellent selection of toppings for their "concretes" (frozen custard with your choice of toppings mixed in). The wait from ordering to pickup wasn't long at all, and the staff were very friendly. It's definitely a good place to swing by for a quick sweet treat!

Was pretty excited to learn Goodberry’s was so close to my house. I recently relocated from Las Vegas and when I was growing up we had one there. It was my favorite. Unfortunately, this one was disappointing. They made one of three orders correctly. Since it’s not a store, you really don’t know if you are getting what you ordered until you get home. (Unless you are lucky enough to find a clean open table and eat it there!)I had to give it two stars for incompetency and price. Paying $25 and getting two chocolate cements and another one with the correct flavors was not so sweet.

Best ice cream in the local area. Outdoor seating with a fountain. Open almost all day.
