I love that Fresh has non dairy options, but the way they put sprinkles on can easily cross contaminated items. The taste is usually good. Value is so so.
My family and I were visiting this area from out of town and we went to one place to get ice cream before choosing Fresh Local Ice Cream but they were wayyyyyyy too expensive and that's how we ended up here. The staff was friendly and quick even with a line out the door. There are a few tables inside, not many because it is a small place, but there are lots of sit down areas outside. The ice-cream was phenomenal and the waffle cone was the "icing on the cake". I had butter pecan and it definitely hit the spot. The cones must be made in house because they were hot and fresh like they had just come out of the oven. Either way, you couldn't go wrong even if they don't make them fresh because I've never had a waffle cone like that before. We sat outside to eat it and I must say I am not the out doorsey person, especially in the heat, but even I enjoyed myself ?. The ice cream definitely tasted fresh and was great on a very hot and sunny day!!!
Decent ice cream place, that's obviously a popular spot (it was busy on a Friday night). I got peach ice cream and their blueberry/lemonade sorbet. Both were good. My wife got the midnight brownie flavor, which she deemed "awesome." Flavor selection is decent, and it wasn't too expensive. All in all, a good place to visit when in the area.
Very nice. They also have ice cream for Fido. He loved it! Unique place! Very kind staff. They definitely love dogs.
Good local ice cream. I had the white mint chocolate. The small was plenty big for me.
I love the ice cream from here even though there’s a premium associated with it. However, after my disappointing experience today, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I called yesterday afternoon to reserve (and pay) for an Oreo ice cream cake for a birthday party today, the young man on the phone said that they don’t hold cakes/take deposits but he assured me it wouldn’t be a problem since he’s never not had both flavors of ice cream cakes available. When I went to pick up the ice cream cake today, they were all out of Oreo cakes. The girl at the counter offered me a less desirable chocolate & vanilla one, and even after mentioning how disappointed I was because I was promised I’d be able to get an Oreo cake, she did not offer any discount or potential alterations (perhaps topping the cake with Oreos would’ve been an idea). While I understand demand exceeds supply at times, it’s absolutely reasonable to take advanced orders for cakes and maybe extend the menu to include other flavored cakes, besides Oreo, chocolate and vanilla, with advanced notice. For ~$35 for an ice cream cake, it would be nice to pick out a flavor to have made with say a weeks notice for ones special occasion.

Had a nice cup of Carolina Crunch here as an evening snack. Mostly outside seating. The counter staff were really helpful. The line was down the block when we arrived but the staff got everyone served quickly. The neighborhood vibe outside is chill with more than a few dogs and kids on the evening we visited. We really enjoyed it and look forward to going back
The non-dairy ice cream is pretty great! They only offer one flavor at a time but it's always good. Get it in a non-dairy shake and it's pretty incredible. Easily my favorite dairy-free ice cream.
