Not sure what is going on. But the last 2 time I ordered a bacon cheese burger. 1st time there was no bacon and the second time there was only 1 beef patty. Better check your order before you go home with big disappointment.
Great quality food and service. It's the only place where I can finish the cheeseburger! Very yummy.
The food is quite good, but it's difficult to recommend due to the rather dramatic price increase this location has experienced of late.
We are frequent customers. Today I’m removing a star to my score due to a very negative experience we had. We ordered the usual (two burgers, fries and drinks). This time we got a smaller size fries, which is not that important really compared to what we found at the bottom of the tea cup. I was probably more than half way through my tea when I noticed something in the bottom of the cup. We emptied the cup some more to have a better look and it was really disgusting. I don’t even know what it was but it was definitely an animal. We told the manager who wasn’t very surprised and offered a bottled drink instead. I know building trust takes a while and just one single experience may bring it down. We’ll continue to buy from 5 guys, maybe now just from a different location.
A more expensive burger place than you’d expect it to be for how greasy and sloppy the burgers are. The fries are only good if you eat them IMMEDIATELY otherwise they are a greasy soggy flavorless mess.
COOK THE FRIES! Its consistant.. dripping with greese mooshy barely warm... you have a great product!! Please Get equipment with better heat recovery
I don't mind paying $12 for a burger when the quality is there. This location never misses.

Good burger but the fries was awesome.
I think we’ve all experienced a rise in poor customer service lately. Five Guys however provided excellent service I was created with an authentic smile (eyes) and efficient service. The team behind the counter seemed to be in good spirits, working together. The tables were all spotless despite the busy lunch rush hour as well! Finally, it was nice to see the staff all wearing their masks properly, not just below the nose. Personally I don’t get into the debate, rather believe in all or nothing. I appreciate the integrity and enjoyed my food and experience!
