I've been here a few times and I never feel like you get 100% amazing service. It's like 50 50. The food is good, but I'd pick other places first. This place also happens to be close to home for a last min breakfast choice. I've tried a variety of things and nothing is astounding. This last round I could tell we had a new server. Wrong dressing, wrong food, giving the check before asking if we were even done, and weird choice of words towards us.UpdateThe owner reached out and I was able to communicate the issues I've had not only this visit but the previous ones. The service at the cary location may not have met my expectations but their customer service has. I appreciate the time they took to talk and send me the brunch bucks. I am happy to change my review from 2 stars to 4

Nice place with a nice atmosphere and good menu. I ordered a Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict and my only issue with my order was that the pouched eggs was overcooked (hard) instead of a soft yolk like suppose to be the Egg Benedict recipe. Flavorwise was good.By other way I added to my order a Banana Granola Crunch Pancake and it is delicious. It's a good place for Breakfast and Brunch.

Food was good. I am a dog owner, and know it is not the restaurant owner's fault, but there were some large dogs on the patio that seriously distracted the wait staff. It was almost as if there needed to be a "dog" and "non dog" section with the dog owners giving each other the attention they seem to crave. The rest of us just want a nice, peaceful meal and a check brought right after the food arrives. :)

Great food , not so great prices but not a deal breaker. I dunno what happened w this ice coffee, looked more like dirty milk. Maybe next time...

When I walked in to make my reservation I made it under “Tess” which is my nickname. I can’t even express how amazing it felt to genuinely be addressed by my name from the entire staff. How in the world did so many of the staff know my name when I only said it to the host? I don’t know, and I don’t care, but it felt amazing. “Enjoy your brunch, Tess…How was everything, Tess…Can we get you anything else, Tess…I love your hair, Tess…Enjoy the rest of your day, Tess.” Did I mention these people were super busy, but the hospitality was still top tier and sincere! The customer service was phenomenal. And the food was great. I’ve fallen in love with avocado toast since last month and I was so happy when I saw this on the menu. The “purple drink” ( I can’t remember the actual name), but I liked it. Get that when you go. I can’t wait to go back and try something different! See pictures.

Haven't been to a First Watch in years and it was just as good as I remember. Our server, Skyler, was so sweet and made the experience even better. Great food, super speedy, and wonderful atmosphere. Totally recommend

Ist time visiting this location. 30 min wait but so worth it. Friendly service and mega tasty food!! My server, Ms Taylor, rocks!!!

Had 3 meals here over a week stay in the area. Amazing breakfast and lunch when I ate in the restaurant, but I ordered to-go for lunch one day, and it was cold the second it came out from the kitchen. I placed the order and walked over to pick it up, and had to wait 10 minutes for it to be ready. I opened the containers within 2 minutes of picking it up and it was all cold. Frustrating since I was there before it was ready. I understand that to-go is a different experience, but it was disappointing.

Have good options for muslims like the avocado toast, elevated egg sandwich without bacon, market veggie. ? hot coffee but the cream is oatmilk or hazelnut. For regular cream you have to ask for ... I dont give the 5? because when was full they gave to me a super cold coffee even when I asked for be heated they bring it again cold like old coffee but that didn't happen again.

Impressive 2 for 2 on the breakfast menu with the Elevated Egg Sandwich (the avocado, mayo, and lemon dressing for the arugula blend for a tangy twist that makes this sandwich our #1) and the Chile Chorizo Omelet (with just the right kick, the chorizo is the winner here by far). Add to this a well-balanced Kale Tonic (with Fuji apple, cucumber, lemon) and a carafe of hot coffee (top off your own cup with a warm-up when you want it) as starters, I didn't even mind the wait during peak of business. And we almost went back the next day for that egg sandwich... either way, we now know it's worth the wait!
