I just had my birthday brunch here for 30+ people. The managers and staff could not be more accommodating for a party this size. Michael, the manager went out of his way to make sure there was ample seating and staff available to cater to the large group. He communicated frequently with me beforehand on the planning efforts to ensure everything went smoothly for the party. They reserved the outside patio and had dedicated staff taking our orders so timely! The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly. The food ofcourse was amazing as usual. I am so happy I chose this restaurant for my birthday brunch, they truly went out of their way to make it a special morning for me!!!! Everything was just perfect. Highly highly recommend.
I went for breakfast today and experienced really terrible service. I was seated outside and no one approached me for 20 minutes. The host who seated me walked past me and noticed I had not been served, and then a waiter served me. The waiter did not apologize.I asked for a water and didn’t get that either until my food came out. When I finished eating, i waited for 25 to 30 minutes for my check but it never came. The waiter would walk around the area outside to help other guests but completely ignore me. at this point I was fed up so I just chose to get up and pay for it upfront.Overall, the food was fine and I appreciate the ingredients, but my experience was completely ruined by terrible service. I usually never even write bad reviews because I like to give the benefit of the doubt to people. However this was one of my worst experiences dining out. I did not feel welcomed as a guest.

I love first watch but I always have the best experience at this location! Our server, Clay, was amazing and checked on us very frequently. Mark, the manager, was awesome as well, making sure everyone was satisfied! Highly recommend this location because it’s the best! ?
Delicious food and drinks. The smoked salmon and vegetable frittata was tasty and the purple haze lemonade was refreshingly delightful.
Awesome place to get brunch at. Loved their complimentary coffee, sweet honey pecan salad and skillet hash! Highly recommend visiting!
I can't comment on the food because we never had the chance to be seated. We were told 20-30 minutes was the wait time, and while the place was reasonably busy I have seen worse. We walked out an hour and fifteen minutes later in disgust. The manager offered up a lame excuse about how our name accidentally got taken off the list, but I asked the hostess several times during our wait, and she had no problems finding our name. What a waste of a perfectly nice Sunday morning.
This place is great!! I ordered food. Called and made modifications and they did their part! I order from here atleast once a week
I so far have not had a bad experience at first watch. The food here is delicious, and the service is fantastic. If you don't like the table you are sitting at, you can ask to be moved (and they'll do it). I wouldn't, however, recommend coming here on Saturday mornings as everybody and their mom will be there.
